Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 방법의 수행을 위한 구동 시스템을 구비할 수 있는 차량의 파워트레인을 매우 간략하게 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 상기 구동 시스템의 일부분을 여전히 간략하기는 하지만 좀 더 상세하게 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법이 수행되는 차량 내의 구동 시스템의 일반적인 구조를 간략하게 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 하나 또는 몇몇 방법들의 실시를 위한 전자 제어 장치를 도시한 기본 블록도이다.
Claims (9)
- 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량(1)을 제어하는 차량 제어 방법으로,
구동 시스템이, 연소 엔진(2)의 출력축(2a)과, 고정자(9a)와 회전자(9b)를 포함하는 제1 전기 기계와, 썬 휠(10), 링 기어(11) 및 유성 휠 캐리어(12)의 형태로 된 세 개의 컴포넌트를 포함하는 유성 기어 장치를 포함하고,
연소 엔진의 출력축(2a)이 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제1 컴포넌트(10)에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 연소 엔진의 출력축의 회전에 의해 이 제1 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
차량의 추진을 위한 토크를 전달하기 위한 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)은 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제2 컴포넌트(12)에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 유성 기어 장치의 출력축의 회전에 의해 이 제2 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
전기 기계의 회전자(9b)는 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제3 컴포넌트(11)와 연결되며, 이에 따라 회전자의 회전에 의해 이 제3 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
구동 시스템은 또한, 세 개의 컴포넌트가 동일한 속도로 회전하도록 상기 컴포넌트들 중 두 개의 컴포넌트가 함께 잠기는 잠금 위치와 컴포넌트들(10, 11, 12)이 각기 다른 속도로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 제1 잠금 수단(34)을 포함하는, 차량 제어 방법에 있어서,
연소 엔진(2)과 상기 제1 컴포넌트(10) 사이에서 연소 엔진의 출력축(2a)과 연결되는 회전자(32) 및 고정자(31)를 구비한 제2 전기 기계(30)와, 연소 엔진의 출력축이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트(10)와 함께 잠기는 잠금 위치와, 연소 엔진의 출력축(2a)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트(10)로부터 분리되어 이들과 독립적으로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 제2 잠금 수단(33)과, 제1 전기 기계(9) 및 제2 전기 기계(30)와의 전력 교환을 위한 적어도 하나의 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20)을 또한 포함하는 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량에 대해 제어가 실시되고,
방법은, 연소 엔진(2)이 턴 오프되고 제2 잠금 수단(33)이 해제 위치에 있는 상태에서 차량이 구동되는 동안 연소 엔진을 시동시키기 위하여,
a) 제1 잠금 수단(34)이 해제 위치에 있게 하는 단계,
b) 방법이 전체적으로 진행되는 동안 내내, 유성 기어 장치의 상기 출력축(3a)으로의 전달을 위해 요청되는 토크를 달성하도록 제1 전기 기계(9)를 제어하는 단계,
c) 제2 전기 기계(30)가 정지되도록 제어하는 단계,
d) 전기 기계(30)가 멈추고 이에 따라 상기 입력축(2a)이 멈추면, 제2 잠금 수단(33)을 잠금 위치로 시프트시키는 단계,
e) 제2 전기 기계(30)를 그 회전 속도가 연소 엔진의 아이들링 속도가 되도록 제어하는 단계, 및
f) 연소 엔진(2)에 연료를 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
유성 기어 장치의 상기 출력축과 연결된 입력축(3a)을 구비한 기어박스(3)를 구비한 차량에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 f) 후에 수행되는, 제2 전기 기계(30)를 제어하는 것에 의해, 차량 내의 상기 전기 에너지 저장 수단 및/또는 보조 전기 장치 집합체 및/또는 부하로의/로부터의 전력을 제어하는 단계 g)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전력 제어가 토크 균형을 달성하기 위하여 일어나고, 차량의 현재 작동 상황에 따라 상기 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20) 및/또는 보조 전기 유닛 및/또는 부하에 전류를 충전하거나 혹은 그로부터 전류를 방전시키는 자유 선택이 구동 시스템에 대해 규정되어 있는 일반 한계 내에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
단계 g)가 수행될 때, 필요한 경우에는 전력 균형의 유지가 일시적으로 보류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 선행하는 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유성 기어 장치의 썬 휠(10)이 상기 제1 컴포넌트이고 유성 기어 장치의 링 기어(11)가 상기 제3 컴포넌트인 상기 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 컴퓨터의 내부 메모리에 직접 다운로드될 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로, 컴퓨터에서 실행될 때 컴퓨터가 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단계들을 제어하게 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램.
- 컴퓨터에 의해 판독 가능한 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품으로, 제7항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품.
- 실행 수단(37), 실행 수단에 연결된 메모리(38) 및 실행 수단에 연결된 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치로, 제7항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램 내의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 상기 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치.
