Description
生じた騒音は乗員の快適性の観点や車外騒音など環境に及ぼす影響を考えると極力そのレベルを低減させることが望ましい。例えば振動源であるエンジン8の回転運動に伴うエンジントルクTEの変動により動力伝達系、例えばエンジンクランクシャフトを含む第1電動機M1および第2電動機M2の回転軸等の変速機構10のねじり振動が発生し、その動力伝達系の共振現象により大きくされ、エンジンマウント等を介して車体に伝達されたその振動そのものやその振動により生じた騒音が、それらの大きさによっては乗員に不快感を与える可能性があった。
Claims (4)
- 差動機構の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより内燃機関が接続される入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度との差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、該電気式差動部の差動状態を機械的に制限する差動制限手段と、前記内燃機関を停止させるときに前記電動機によって該内燃機関の回転速度を引き下げるエンジン停止制御手段とを、備える車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置であって、
前記エンジン停止制御手段は、前記差動機構と駆動輪とが動力伝達状態で前記内燃機関を停止させる際に、前記電動機の出力トルクが制限されて該内燃機関の回転速度を零に引き下げる変化速度が予め設定されている変化速度よりも遅くなり、且つ、前記差動制限手段によって前記電気式差動部の差動状態を制限したときの前記内燃機関の回転速度が差動状態を制限しないときよりも低くなる場合には、前記差動制限手段によって前記電気式差動部の差動状態を制限する手段を含むことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動制限手段は、差動機構を構成する1回転要素の回転を制限する第1制限手段と、差動機構を構成する2回転要素の相対回転を制限する第2制限手段とからなり、
前記エンジン停止制御手段は、前記差動機構と駆動輪とが動力伝達状態で前記内燃機関を停止させる際に、前記電動機の出力トルクが制限されて該内燃機関の回転速度を零に引き下げる変化速度が予め設定されている変化速度よりも遅くなり、且つ、車速が零或いは零付近である場合には、前記第1制限手段による差動制限と、前記第2制限手段による差動制限とを、併用して前記電気式差動部の差動状態を制限することを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記電動機の出力トルクの制限は、バッテリの充電容量が予め設定されている過充電領域或いは過放電領域にある場合に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機の出力トルクの制限は、前記電動機がフェール状態と判定された場合に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
