상기 일반식 (I) 중의 기 B 로서, 하기 식 (B1) :
(식 중, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 12 의 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, R2 는 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 12 의 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타낸다)
로 나타내는 트리아진 부분 구조를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 일반식 (I) 중의 기 A 로서, 시클로헥산테트라카르복실산 2무수물 및 1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 2무수물 중 적어도 1 종의 화합물로부터, 2 개의 카르복실산 무수물기를 제외한 4 가의 잔기를 함유하는 폴리이미드 전구체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일반식 (B1) 에 있어서, R1 이 수소 원자, R2 가 페닐인 폴리이미드 전구체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (I) 중의 기 B 로서, 일반식 (B1) 로 나타내는 트리아진 부분 구조를 10 ∼ 100 몰% 의 범위에서 함유하는 폴리이미드 전구체. - 제 6 항에 기재된 폴리이미드를 함유하는 폴리이미드 필름.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 폴리이미드 필름에 직접 또는 접착제를 개재하여 금속층을 적층하여 이루어지는 금속 적층체.
- 일반식 (B3) 으로 나타내는 6-치환 아미노-1,3,5-트리아진-2,4-디할라이드와 3-니트로아닐린을 반응시켜, 일반식 (B4) 로 나타내는 2,4-비스-(3-니트로아닐리노)-6-치환 아미노-1,3,5-트리아진을 합성하고,
얻어진 2,4-비스-(3-니트로아닐리노)-6-치환 아미노-1,3,5-트리아진을, 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식 (B2) 로 나타내는 2,4-비스(3-아미노아닐리노)-6-치환 아미노-1,3,5-트리아진의 제조 방법.
