Claims (13)
- 기어 웜(12)을 제조하는 방법으로서,
먼저 길이 방향 축(18)에서 축 방향으로 서로 반대편에 있는 스크루 플랭크들(22)을 갖는 웜 톱니부(20)가 압연 공구(rolling tool)에 의해 형성되고, 후속해서 상기 길이 방향 축(18)에 대해 동심인 홈 구조(24)가 추가 프로세스 단계에 의해 상기 스크루 플랭크(22)에 형성되고,
상기 동심 홈 구조(24)는 벨트 연삭에 의해 제조되는, 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기어 웜(12)은 전동 구동 유닛(10)의 아마추어 샤프트에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 연삭을 위해 가요성 샌딩 벨트(30)가 사용되고, 상기 가요성 샌딩 벨트(30)는 프로파일링된 접촉부(32)에 의해 상기 스크루 플랭크(22)에 대해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 연삭을 위해 샌드 페이퍼가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 벨트 연삭 동안 상기 기어 웜(12)은 회전되고, 상기 샌딩 벨트(30)는 상기 접촉부(32)에 의해 상기 스크루 플랭크(22)를 따라 상기 웜 톱니부(20)의 피치를 통해 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 샌딩 벨트(30)는 상기 동심 홈 구조(24)를 상기 스크루 플랭크(22)에 형성하기 위해 상기 기어 웜(12)의 회전에 의한 상기 웜 톱니부(20)의 원주 속도보다 더 낮은 상대 속도로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기어 웜(12)은 상기 길이 방향 축(18)을 따른 중앙 보어(26)를 가진 별도의 부품으로서 제조된 다음, 구동 유닛(10)의 샤프트에 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압연 공구는 벨트 연삭 프로세스와 직접 이어지는 연속 프로세스로 무한 웜 나사산을 형성하고, 상기 무한 웜 나사산은 그 후에 상기 기어 웜(12)의 소정 길이(13)로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압연시 최대 0.5 ㎛ Rz 또는 최대 0.1 ㎛ Rz의 상기 스크루 플랭크(22)의 표면 거칠기가 생성되고, 후속해서 형성된 동심 홈 구조(24)는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛ Rz의 구조화된 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 동심 홈 구조(24)의 표면 거칠기는 웜 기어(50)의 양호한 효율과 충분한 셀프 록킹 사이의 최적을 달성하기 위해, 상기 샌딩 벨트(30)의 특성 및 프로세스 파라미터의 미세 조정에 의해 미리 정해질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 샌딩 벨트(30)는 하나의 나사 홈에서 서로 반대편에 있는 2개의 스크루 플랭크들(22)에 대해 동시에 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 웜을 제조하는 방법.
