Claims (6)
- 일반식 LixFe1-yMyPO4(단, 식 중, 0.05≤x≤1.2, 0≤y≤O.8이고, M은 Mn, Cr, Co, Cu, Ni, V, Mo, Ti, Zn, Al, Ga, Mg, B, Nb 중 적어도 1종 이상이다)로 나타나는 화합물을 함유하는 캐소드(cathod)(正極)와,아노드(anode)(負極)와,고체 전해질(solid electrolyte)을 구비하며,상기 캐소드 및 상기 아노드가 상기 고체 전해질을 통해 적층되어 이루어지는 전극체는 라미네이트 필름(laminate film)으로 외장되어 있고,상기 캐소드는 상기 일반식 LixFe1-yMyPO4로 나타나는 화합물보다도 방전 전위가 불활성인 캐소드 활성 물질로서, 일반식 LixCo1-yMyO2(단, 식 중, 0<x<2, 0≤y<1이고, M은 Ni, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, B, Ga, Cr, V, Ti, Mo, W, Mg, Ca, Sr, Hb 중 적어도 1종 이상이다)로 나타나는 화합물(이후 리튬 코발트 복합 산화물(lithium cobalt composite)로 언급), 일반식 LixNi1-yMyO2(단, 식 중, 0<x<2, 0≤y<1이고, M은 Co, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, B, Ga, Cr, V, Ti, Mo, W, Mg, Ca, Sr, Hb 중 적어도 1종 이상이다)로 나타나는 화합물(이후, 리튬 니켈 복합 산화물(lithium nickel composite oxide)로 언급), 일반식 LixMn2-yMyO4(단, 식 중, 0<x<2, 0≤y<2이고, M은 Ni, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Al, Sn, B, Ga, Cr, V, Ti, Mo, W, Mg, Ca, Sr, Hb 중 적어도 1종 이상이다)로 나타나는 화합물(이후, 리튬 망간 복합 산화물(lithium manganese composite oxide)로 언급) 중 적어도 1종 이상을 함유하는 고체 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 상기 일반식 LixFe1-yMyPO4로 나타나는 화합물보다도 방전 전위가 불활성인 캐소드 활성 물질을 함유하는 고체 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 상기 리튬 코발트 복합 산화물, 상기 리튬 니켈 복합 산화물, 상기 리튬 망간 복합 산화물 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 고체 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 일반식 LixFe1-yMyPO4로 나타나는 화합물이 LiFePO4인 고체 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 전해질이 겔 상 고체 전해질인 고체 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체 전해질이 완전 고체 전해질인 고체 전해질 전지.
