Claims (8)
- 軸部およびその軸方向一方側の端部に設けられたフランジ部を有する軸部材と、軸部の外周面で形成されるラジアル軸受隙間と、フランジ部の端面で形成されるスラスト軸受隙間とを備える流体軸受装置において、
フランジ部に、その両端面に開口した軸方向の貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔は、軸方向一方側および他方側の端部のうち、少なくとも軸方向他方側の端部における円周方向の一部領域が、軸部の軸方向一方側の端面よりも外径側でフランジ部の軸方向他方側の端面に開口したものであり、
貫通孔の周囲でフランジ部の軸方向他方側の端面と軸部の軸方向一方側の端面とを突き合わせた状態でフランジ部と軸部を結合することにより、貫通孔を介してフランジ部の両端面に開口する流体通路を形成したことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 貫通孔を非真円状に形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 貫通孔をプレス加工で形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- フランジ部の軸方向他方側の端面と軸部の軸方向一方側の端面との突き合わせ部分をレーザ溶接することにより、フランジ部と軸部を結合した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 貫通孔のうち、軸方向他方側の開口部からレーザを照射してフランジ部と軸部を結合した請求項4記載の流体軸受装置。
- さらに、軸方向両端が開口した外方部材と、外方部材の軸方向一方側の開口部を閉塞する蓋部材とを具備し、外方部材に、軸部材の外周面との間でラジアル軸受隙間を形成する軸受部と、軸受部を保持し、モータベースへの取付け部を有する保持部とが設けられ、蓋部材を外方部材の外周面に固定した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 外方部材の保持部が、軸受部をインサートして射出成形されている請求項6記載の流体軸受装置。
- 外方部材が、軸受部と保持部を一体に有する請求項6記載の流体軸受装置。
