Claims (9)
- 旋回機軸(14)上に存在して引き渡し旋回アーム(12)と旋回機軸(15)上に存在して受け取りアーム(13)との配列を備える少なくとも一つの薄金属板旋回機(11)を包含し、受け取りアーム(13)の旋回機軸(15)が引き渡し旋回アーム(12)の旋回機軸(14)上に関してずれて配置されている、圧延装備の圧延製品(20)用の検査システム(10)において、受け取りアーム(13)が少なくとも一つの電磁石(17)を有することを特徴とする検査システム。
- 受け取りアーム(13)が少なくとも一つの減衰要素(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査システム。
- 受け取りアーム(13)が二つの減衰要素(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検査システム。
- 減衰要素(16)が減衰板として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは3に記載の検査システム。
- 受け取りアーム(13)が二つの電磁石(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査システム。
- 少なくとも一つの薄金属板旋回機(11)によって圧延製品(20)が旋回機軸(14)に存在して引き渡し旋回アーム(12)から旋回機軸(15)に存在して受け取りアーム(13)へ引き渡され、圧延製品の引き渡しの際に受け取りアーム(13)の旋回機軸(15)が引き渡し旋回アーム(12)の旋回機軸(14)に関してずれて配置されていて、検査システム(10)によって圧延装備によって圧延製品(20)の表面を査定する方法において、引き渡しの際に圧延製品(20)の裏返しと騒音進展を伴う圧延製品の引き続く振動が受け取りアーム(13)に配置された少なくとも一つの電磁石(17)によって阻止されることを特徴とする方法。
- 引き渡しが受け取りアーム(13)に配置された少なくとも一つの減衰要素(16)によって減衰されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 引き渡しが受け取りアーム(13)に配置された二つの減衰要素(16)によって減衰されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 引き渡しの際に圧延製品(20)の裏返しと騒音進展を伴う圧延製品の引き続く振動が受け取りアーム(13)に配置された二つの電磁石(17)によって阻止されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
