Claims (6)
- 上方にダイアフラムを備え、下方にヒータ盤を備えたラミネート部にて、被ラミネート体内部の充填材を融解させて挟圧することによりラミネートを行うラミネート装置において、
複数枚の被ラミネート体を載せて前記ラミネート部に搬入出させるシートと、
前記シートを下側から支持可能な支持部を昇降させる昇降機構と、を有し、
前記昇降機構は前記支持部を複数備え、当該複数の支持部は前記シートの下側を全面に亘って支持することを特徴とする、ラミネート装置。 - 前記複数の支持部が前記ヒータ盤の下で昇降する同一の支持プレートに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラミネート装置。
- 前記支持部は、被ラミネート体の搬入出方向に沿った長手形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のラミネート装置。
- 前記支持部の上面は、長手方向における両端部が中央部よりも低くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のラミネート装置。
- 前記支持部は、下降した状態で前記ヒータ盤内に格納されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のラミネート装置。
- 前記被ラミネート体が太陽電池モジュールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のラミネート装置。
