- this carrier plate is arranged between the laminate movable plates in a state in which the laminated body in which the constituent members of the laminated structure are laminated on the thin plate, and is configured to be pressable together with the laminated body.
- the carrier plate having such a configuration it is possible to prevent a brittle member (for example, a glass substrate such as a solar cell) included in the laminate structure from being damaged by vibration during conveyance. Further, since the laminated body can be processed together with the carrier plate, it is not necessary to replace the laminated body from the carrier plate for each process, and efficient processing becomes possible.

- This laminating method includes a press molding step in which the laminated body is heated and pressed by forming the internal pressure of the second chamber higher than the internal pressure of the first chamber.
- the first chamber is not evacuated, and the internal pressure of the first chamber is controlled within a predetermined pressure range in which the outflow of the filler contained in the laminate is suppressed.
- the laminating method further includes a vacuum defoaming step of removing bubbles from the laminate by setting the internal pressure of the first chamber to a negative pressure before the press molding step.
- a vacuum defoaming step of removing bubbles from the laminate by setting the internal pressure of the first chamber to a negative pressure before the press molding step.
- the internal pressure of the second chamber Before the press molding step, it is desirable to control the internal pressure of the second chamber to be equal to or less than the internal pressure of the first chamber so that the diaphragm does not pressurize the laminate.
- the softened filler When a laminated body containing bubbles before press molding is pressed with a diaphragm, the softened filler may be pushed out of the laminated body due to expansion and movement of the bubbles in the laminated body.
- the outflow of the filler to the outside of the laminate becomes conspicuous in combination with the expansion of bubbles due to the pressure difference. Therefore, by performing the internal pressure control as described above, the outflow of the filler from the laminate before press molding is suppressed.
- the internal pressure of the second chamber is made lower than the internal pressure of the first chamber, whereby the diaphragm is brought into close contact with the second heating plate disposed in the second chamber to heat the diaphragm. It is desirable to further include a diaphragm heating step.
- the laminate is uniformly heated from both sides in the press molding step, so that a laminate structure with little residual strain and excellent long-term stability can be obtained.

- the lower chamber LC is used as the movable platen and the upper chamber UC is mounted on the movable platen. You may make it the structure supported by a fixed platen. Alternatively, both chambers may be supported on separate movable plates.
- the workpiece is not substantially pressed by the diaphragm until the workpiece is heated and pressed.
- the control for increasing the internal pressures of both the chambers to the atmospheric pressure in a state where the internal pressures of the upper chamber UC and the lower chamber LC are balanced is adopted.
- the invention can be implemented. Until the defoaming is completed, the workpiece can be prevented from being substantially pressed by the diaphragm by always maintaining the internal pressure of the lower chamber LC at the same level or higher as that of the upper chamber UC.
- the lower chamber LC in which the workpiece is placed may be pressurized to atmospheric pressure while the upper chamber UC is decompressed, and then the upper chamber UC may be pressurized. Even by such control, it is possible to prevent the filler that has been softened by being heated and pressed in a vacuum from flowing out of the workpiece.
- the number of intermediate movable plates of the curing apparatus 400 is three, and the curing process can be performed on the four solar cell assemblies A simultaneously.
- the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, when the time required for the curing process becomes longer, the solar cell can be efficiently manufactured by using a curing apparatus having more intermediate movable plates.
- the movable plates 411, 421, 422, 423, and 431 of the curing processing device 400 and the fixed plate 320 and the movable plate 330 of the laminating press device 300 are electrically heated in each movable plate or fixed plate.
- a configuration may be adopted in which a heated heat medium (oil or the like) is circulated in the movable platen or the fixed platen.
- the electric heater system of this embodiment does not have a possibility of generating oil mist, it can be used in a clean room.
- control of the laminating press process and the curing process is performed by the control apparatus 700 provided separately from the laminating press apparatus 300 and the curing process apparatus 400. And the execution of the lamination press process and the curing process may be controlled by the control unit of each apparatus. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the control apparatus 700 is performing the control for the cooperation operation
