Claims (28)
- BET表面積が少なくとも800m2/gであり、密度が0.5g/cc以下であり、メソ細孔とミクロ細孔を含む孔構造を有し、孔容積(窒素吸着法で測定された)が少なくとも0.9cm3/gである多孔性カーボン材料。
- BET表面積が少なくとも800m2/gであり、メソ細孔とミクロ細孔を含む孔構造を有し、孔容積(窒素吸着法で測定された)が少なくとも0.9cm3/gであり、その内の15〜65%がメソ細孔である多孔性カーボン材料。
- 孔容積(窒素吸着法で測定される)が少なくとも1.0cm3/gであり、その内の30〜65%がメソ細孔であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 孔容積の少なくとも20%未満が2〜10nmの範囲の孔径を有する孔であることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 0.5g/cc以下のかさ密度を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 1000〜1250cm2/gのBET表面積を有する請求項1乃至5いずれか1項に記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- ミクロ細孔とメソ細孔の孔容積が1.1〜2cm3/gであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 孔容積の35〜55%がメソ細孔であることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 粒状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- ミクロビーズ状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 50〜1000ミクロンの平均粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項9または10記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- D90/D10粒径分布が少なくとも10であることを特徴とする請求項9乃至11いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 10ミクロン未満の粒径を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項9乃至12いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 炭化された有機樹脂から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 前記有機樹脂が窒素を含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 前記樹脂が細孔形成剤の存在下で求電子架橋剤で求核成分を縮合することによって製せられることを特徴とする請求項14または15記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 求核成分または架橋剤が有機窒素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 求核成分がノボラック樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項16または17記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 架橋剤がヘキサメチレンテトラミンを含むことを特徴とする請求項16乃至18いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 細孔形成剤がエチレングリコールを含むことを特徴とする請求項16乃至19いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料。
- 喫煙材と請求項1乃至20いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料とを含む喫煙品。
- 喫煙材ロッドと、フィルターとを含み、多孔性カーボン材料がフィルターに組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項21記載の喫煙品。
- 請求項1乃至20いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料を含む喫煙品用煙フィルター。
- 細孔形成剤の存在下で求電子架橋剤で求核成分を縮合して樹脂を形成する工程と、その樹脂を炭化する工程と、得られたカーボン材料を活性化する工程とを含む、請求項1乃至15いずれか1項記載の多孔性カーボン材料の製造方法。
- 求核成分または架橋剤が有機窒素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項24記載の方法。
- 求核成分がノボラック樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項24または25記載の方法。
- 架橋剤がヘキサメチレンテトラミンを含むことを特徴とする請求項24乃至26いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 細孔形成剤がエチレングリコールであることを特徴とする請求項24乃至27いずれか1項記載の方法。
