Abstract
【解決手段】まず、ベース層21の表面21a上に当該ベース層21よりも熱変形温度が低い表層22を形成して樹脂成形品2を製造する。次いで、前記表層22の表面22aを加熱し、その後に、当該表面22aに加飾ロールを押し付けながら転がすことにより、前記表層22の表面22aに加飾ロールの凹凸形状を転写して当該表面に柄を加飾する。

Description
まず、前記樹脂成形品2として下記表1に示す構成の成形品A〜Fを製造するとともに、下記表1に示す構成の比較例を製造した。なお、表中の樹脂、充填剤、着色剤、可塑剤、及び発泡剤の欄の数値の単位は質量部である。
実施例1では、下記表2に示すように、成形品Aに対して条件1〜3の条件で加熱工程及び転写工程を行うとともに、比較例に対しても表中の条件で加熱工程及び転写工程を行った。なお、表中の評価の欄の光沢度は、堀場製作所社製のハンディ光沢計(グロスチャッカ)IG−320を用いて測定した値である。
実施例2では、下記表3に示すように、成形品Bに対して条件1〜3の条件で加熱工程及び転写工程を行うとともに、成形品B’に対しても表中の条件で加熱工程及び転写工程を行った。なお、条件2及び条件3では、加熱工程の前にベルトサンダーによって表層22の表面22aを研削して荒らすようにした。
実施例3では、下記表4に示すように、成形品C〜Fに対して表中の条件で加熱工程及び転写工程を行った。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂成形品の表面に凹凸形状を付与して柄を加飾する加飾方法であって、
ベース層の表面上に当該ベース層よりも熱変形温度が低い表層を形成して樹脂成形品を製造する製造工程と、
前記表層の表面を加熱する加熱工程と、
表面に柄が凹凸形状で施された加飾ロールを加熱された前記表層の表面に押し付けながら当該表面上を転がすことにより、前記表層の表面に凹凸形状を転写して当該表面に柄を加飾する転写工程とを含むことを特徴とする樹脂成形品の加飾方法。 - 前記加熱工程では、前記表層の表面の温度が表層の熱変形温度以上となり、かつ、前記ベース層と表層の境界面の温度がベース層の熱変形温度以下となるように表層の表面を加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
- 前記柄は、木目柄であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
- 前記製造工程では、発泡剤を含有する材料で表層を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
- 前記転写工程では、加飾ロールの表面温度を所定の温度に保った状態で当該加飾ロールを前記表層の表面に押し付けながら当該表面上を転がすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
- 前記転写工程の後に、前記表層の表面に前記木目柄よりも細かな筋模様をさらに施すことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
- 前記加熱工程の前に、前記表層の表面を研削して荒らすことを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品の加飾方法。
