Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂材料を金型キャビティー2内に射出充填して製造される大型ラジエータコアサポートにおいて、樹脂材料を、15〜30wt%の炭素繊維を含有するポリプロピレン(PP)とし、成形後に残存する炭素繊維の平均繊維長を1.5mm以上とする。また、炭素繊維のスパイラル流動長さがL/Dで200mm以上とする。

Claims (3)
- 樹脂材料を金型キャビティー(2)内に射出充填して製造される樹脂成形品において、
前記樹脂材料を、15〜30wt%の炭素繊維を含有するポリプロピレン(PP)とし、成形後に残存する炭素繊維の平均繊維長を1.5mm以上とした
ことを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品であって、
前記炭素繊維のスパイラル流動長さがL/Dで200mm以上とした
ことを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の樹脂成形品であって、
前記樹脂成形品は、大型ラジエータコアサポート(3)である
ことを特徴とする樹脂成形品。
