Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz dažādu izstrādājumu ražošanas paņēmieniem, kas ietver īpašus kompozītsastāvus /kompozīcijas/ ar celulozes šķiedru pildījumu kā armējošo komponentu un plastmasu aizvietojošu komponentu, paredzot iespēju pielietot arī gāzes jeb gāzes-ūdens inžekcijas tehnoloģiskos paņēmienus nolūkā iegūt izstrādājumu stiprības ribas ar dobiem vidiem. Izgudrojums attiecas arī uz ar organisko šķiedru pildītām plastmasas matriču kompozīcijām ar augstu pildījuma pakāpi, kā arī uz tām bāzētu izstrādājumu ražošanu ar plastmasu spiedienliešanas tehnoloģiju kombinācijā ar gāzes-šķidruma inžekcijas paņēmienu, tajā skaitā pielietojot plastmasu koinžekcijas paņēmienu. Šis paņēmiens ir īpaši piemērots, pielietojot minēto tehnoloģisko risinājumu tādu izstrādājumu razošanā kā taras paliktņi, viengabala krēsli, taras kastes, automobiļu korpusa detaļas, lielgabarīta kabeļu ruļļi un citu produktu ražošanai, kur nepieciešama izstrādājumu zema masa, augsta izturība, estētisks izskats un pret izstrādājumiem tiek izvirz&imac
