Abstract
【解決手段】各サイドブロック20,30の端面26,36のうち、低圧状態にある圧縮室48に対応した回転角度範囲のロータ50の端面50a,50bに対向する部分に、圧縮室48の圧力よりも高い圧力の冷凍機油Rを供給する高圧油供給通路28,38を開口させることで、高圧油供給通路28,38の入口(吐出室21と同じ高圧Pd)と出口(低圧状態の圧縮室48と同じ低圧Ps)との差圧を大きくし、圧縮機本体内部への冷凍機油Rの供給量を増大させる。

Claims (3)
- 回転軸と一体的に回転する略円柱状のロータと、前記ロータの外方を取り囲むシリンダと、前記ロータに埋設されて、突出側の先端が前記シリンダの内周面に追従するように該ロータの外周面からの突出量が可変とされた板状のベーンと、少なくとも前記ロータおよび前記ベーンを、該ロータの両端面側から覆う2つのサイドブロックとを備え、
前記ロータの回転方向について相前後する2つの前記ベーン、前記シリンダ、前記ロータおよび前記両サイドブロックにより、前記ロータの回転に伴ってその容積が変化する圧縮室が画成され、
前記サイドブロックの端面のうち、低圧状態にある前記圧縮室に対応した回転角度範囲の前記ロータの端面に対向する部分に、前記低圧状態にある前記圧縮室の圧力よりも高い圧力の潤滑油を供給する高圧油供給通路が開口していることを特徴とする気体圧縮機。 - 前記ベーンが埋設された前記ロータのベーン溝に連通して、前記ベーンの前記突出側とは反対側である埋設側の端部に該ベーンの突出用圧力を供給するように、該ロータの端面に対向した前記サイドブロックに形成されたベーン背圧空間とは異なる部分に、前記高圧油供給通路が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。
- 前記高圧油供給通路は、前記ベーン背圧空間と比較して、前記ロータの外周寄りに開口していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の気体圧縮機。
