Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A NUEVOS DERIVADOS DE TRIAZOLE, A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SU PREPARACION Y A LOS MEDICAMENTOS QUE LOS CONTIENEN. MAS PRECISAMENTE, LA PRESENTE INVENCION TIENE POR OBJETO A NUEVOS COMPUESTOS NO PEPTIDICOS QUE TIENEN AFINIDAD CON LOS RECEPTORES DE LA COLECISTOQUININA (CCK). ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN LA ESTRUCTURA QUIMICA (I), EN LA QUE R, R1, X1, X2, X3, X4, Y1, Y2 Y Y3, SON GRUPOS FUNCIONALES DESCRITOS EN EL EXPEDIENTE. POR CONSIGUIENTE, LOS COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA (I) SE UTILIZAN, COMO ANTAGONISTAS DE RECEPTORES DE LA CCK DE TIPO A, PARA LA PREPARACION DE MEDICAMENTOS DESTINADOS A COMBATIR LAS ENFERMEDADES CUYO TRATAMIENTO REQUIERE UNA ESTIMULACION POR AGONISMO TOTAL O PARCIAL DE LOS RECEPTORES CCKA DE LA COLECISTOQUININA.
