Abstract

1504140 Adjustable strap fastening FUTTERS (LONDON) Ltd 8 Dec 1975 [11 Dec 1974] 53590/74 Heading E2A A garment fastening comprises an elongate slot 2 through which a strap can be looped and secured by sewing, a first hook 4. and on the same side of the slot 2. a second hook 5, which is spaced from the hook 4 by a web 6 having a cut-out 7 therein. Hooks 4 and 5 open towards opposite sides of the fastening and are of elongate form to engage a loop of strap material. The slot and hooks may be of arcuate form to assist centering of the strap material and may have teeth thereon to assist retention. The fastener is particularly suitable for a rear-fastening brassiere.
