1422931 Stock control gates H C DAVIES R W GEORGE W C LANE and J W MATTHEWS 8 Jan 1973 [8 Oct 1971] 47024/71 Heading E1B A stock control gate comprises a barrier panel 5 guided for vertical sliding movement in an opening in the lower part of a frame which has an upper fixed portion, and means 8, 8' for locking the barrier panel in a number of different height positions in the frame. The gate may be pivoted to the same gate post as a conventional gate. In a modification the barrier panel is of meshwork and the opening it covers forms only part of the lower portion of the gate as a whole.
