Abstract

1457651 Mole ploughs WERNER CORNELIUS KG 8 April 1974 [10 April 1973] 15529/74 Heading A1B A pipe-laying plough comprises a coulter 10 having a plate 12 and shaft 14 which is adapted to be connected to a tractor via a beam 32. A tubular channel 38 acts as a guide for the pipe and is positioned to the rear of the shaft 14 and a fixed plate 40. Embodiments vary as regards the position of shaft 14 in relation to the plate 12 which itself may differ in length and angle of inclination. In a further embodiment the pivot axis 20 is effectively moved forward by providing an articulated rear section of the plate 12.
