Abstract

1,084,173. Agricultural implements. BELOIT CORPORATION. Feb. 19, 1965 [March 2, 1964], No. 7264/65. Heading A1B. An agricultural implement such. as a plough having trench broadening discs 5 and ground-riding shoes or skids 6 is coupled to a tractor by means of a coupling 9 having two sets of holes 23 differently spaced so that the coupling means may be reversed to adjust the positioning of the front of the implement which comprises a pivoted lever 20 to which is attached a hydraulic ram 35 which acts on a lever 30 attached to the implement and also to the tractor by means of a chain. In the raised position the lever 20 abuts against a stop 26 but in the lowered position it is free to pivot and is used with the ram 35 to adjust the angle of the plough.
