1300059 Facing panels SHREWSBURY PLASTICS & ENG Ltd 10 March 1970 [4 March 1969] 11 461 /69 Headings E1B and E1W A glass reinforced synthetic plastics facing panel 14b for a concrete beam of a bridge is formed with integral flanges 15, 15a spaced from the edges of the panel and engaging flanges 11a of channel or angle section rails 11 secured to the beam, a keying member 17 preferably being provided to secure the panels in place. The rails are adjustably secured on the beam by brackets. Adjacent panel edges may be overlapped by forming one panel with an offset and the joints sealed with a sealing compound.
