Abstract

1,262,521. Prefabricated buildings. D. COMM. 14 Feb., 1969 [14 Feb., 1968], No. 8163/69. Heading E1A. In a multi-storey building constructed from prefabricated room-units 22 mounted on a preformed structure 42, the units 22 are provided with spacing ribs, such as 24, which define with the ribs of adjacent units spaces for the reception of concrete. The units are also interconnected by tie-rods whilst certain spaces are utilized for the passage of service conduits. For numerous minor details such as form of structive 42, room layouts, end trim, dimensions method of erection the Specification and remaining drawings (not shown), should be referred to.
