EL TRANSPORTE SE PRODUCE EN EL MISMO COMIENZO DEL TRASIEGO, DEBIDO A QUE LA LECHE YA TENIA UN NIVEL EN UNA ZONA DE AFORO (12) DEL SEPARADOR DE AIRE QUE HABIA SIDO PRODUCIDO EN UN NTERIOR PROCESO DE TRASIEGO.
