Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état monté sur le cylindre de blanchet, la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) disposée à une extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) n'est pas reliée à l'autre extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) ou de l'autre masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) disposée à l'autre extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43).
  5. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état monté sur le cylindre de blanchet, la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) disposée à une extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) n'entre pas en contact avec l'autre extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) ou l'autre masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) disposée à l'autre extrémité (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43).
  6. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les faces latérales, dirigées l'une vers l'autre, de deux masses de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) en regard l'une de l'autre, après montage de l'ensemble de blanchet sur le cylindre de blanchet, sont en regard les unes des autres, à faible distance, avec une complémentarité de formes, ou viennent en appui les unes sur les autres.
  7. Ensemble de blanchet selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les faces latérales, dirigées l'une vers l'autre, aux extrémités (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) en regard l'une de l'autre du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43), après montage de l'ensemble de blanchet sur le cylindre de blanchet, sont en regard les unes des autres, à faible distance (a02), avec une complémentarité de formes, ou viennent en appui les unes sur les autres.
  8. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la distance (a02) d'espacement des extrémités (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) en regard l'une de l'autre du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est de 0,2 mm à 0,8 mm.
  9. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la distance (a02) d'espacement des extrémités (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) en regard l'une de l'autre du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est de 0,3 mm à 0,7 mm.
  10. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la distance (a02) d'espacement des extrémités (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) en regard l'une de l'autre du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est de 0,4 mm à 0,6 mm.
  11. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la distance (a02) d'espacement des extrémités (11 ; 12 ; 31 ; 32 ; 61 ; 62) en regard l'une de l'autre du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est de 0,5 mm.
  12. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pli (09 ; 27 ; 49) de la branche (06 ; 21 ; 46) exempte de blanchet, repliée, présente un rayon (R) de 0,3 mm à 0,7 mm.
  13. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pli (09 ; 27 ; 49) de la branche (06 ; 21 ; 46) exempte de blanchet, repliée, présente un rayon (R) de 0,5 mm.
  14. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pli (08 ; 28 ; 48) de la branche (04 ; 22 ; 44) exempte de blanchet, repliée, présente un rayon (R) de 0,6 mm à 1,2 mm.
  15. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pli (08 ; 28 ; 48) de la branche (04 ; 22 ; 44) exempte de blanchet, repliée, présente un rayon (R) de 0,8 mm.
  16. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L13 ; L14 ; L51 ; L52) d'une masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52) en direction périphérique est de 0,4 mm à 1 mm.
  17. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L13 ; L14 ; L51 ; L52) d'une masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52) en direction périphérique est de 0,1 mm à 1,3 mm.
  18. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L13 ; L14 ; L51 ; L52) d'une masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52) en direction périphérique est de 0,7 mm.
  19. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (L13 ; L14 ; L51 ; L52) d'une masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52) en direction périphérique est de 5 mm.
  20. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en direction radiale, la masse de remplissage (51 ; 52) dépasse au moins partiellement du prolongement virtuel (V42) de la face extérieure de la plaque support (42).
  21. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de blanchet présente au moins une extrémité d'une épaisseur plus grande que la zone située entre les deux extrémités, en ce que la face extérieure de l'ensemble de blanchet, dans la zone de cette extrémité, en direction radiale, dépasse au moins partiellement du prolongement virtuel (V43) de la face extérieure du blanchet (43).
  22. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (02 ; 18 ; 42) est en métal.
  23. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est à plusieurs couches.
  24. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) est réalisée d'une seule pièce.
  25. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux de la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) et du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) sont différents.
  26. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux de la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) et du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) sont identiques.
  27. Ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) est disposée sur l'ensemble de blanchet, avant le montage de l'ensemble de blanchet sur le cylindre de blanchet.
  28. Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de blanchet selon la revendication 1 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux masses de remplissage (34 ; 36) sont fabriquées au moyen d'un procédé de fabrication séparateur, à partir d'une pièce d'oeuvre, en formant les faces latérales dirigées les unes vers les autres.
  29. Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de blanchet selon l'une des revendications 1, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités (31 ; 32) du blanchet (19) sont fabriquées au moyen d'un procédé de fabrication séparateur, à partir d'une pièce d'oeuvre, en formant les faces latérales dirigées les unes vers les autres.
  30. Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de blanchet avec une plaque support (02 ; 42) à forme stable et un blanchet (03 ; 43) fixé sur celui-ci, présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - les deux branches (04 ; 06 ; 44), ne présentant aucun blanchet (03 ; 43), de la plaque support (02 ; 42) sont pliées ;
    - ensuite, sur chacune des deux extrémités, entre blanchet (03 ; 43) et plaque support (02 ; 42), une masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52) réalisée sous forme d'élément d'appui (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) est introduite.
  31. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que le blanchet (03 ; 43) est détaché de la plaque support (02 ; 42), avant pliage de la plaque support (02 ; 42).
  32. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que le blanchet (03 ; 43) est disposé sur la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 51 ; 52).
  33. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (02 ; 18 ; 42) est en métal.
  34. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que le blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) est à plusieurs couches.
  35. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) est réalisée d'une seule pièce.
  36. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux de la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) et du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) sont différents.
  37. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux de la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) et du blanchet (03 ; 19 ; 43) sont identiques.
  38. Procédé selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que la masse de remplissage (13 ; 14 ; 34 ; 36 ; 51 ; 52) est disposée sur l'ensemble de blanchet, avant le montage de l'ensemble de blanchet sur le cylindre de blanchet.
