Claims (7)
- Hydraulisches Spielausgleichselement für einen Ventiltrieb eines Verbrennungsmotors mit gegenüberliegenden Einspannbereichen und einer Schmieröldruckbeaufschlagung, bei demdadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drosselkanal mit einem Pufferraum (22) verbunden ist, dessen Volumen veränderbar ist, wobei das Volumen bei einem innerhalb des Pufferraumes (22) unterhalb eines vorgebbaren Wertes liegenden Pufferraum-Innendruckes einen vorbestimmten Minimalwert annimmt und sich bei einem oberhalb dieses Druckes auf den Pufferraum (22) einwirkenden Schmierölvolumenstrom unter Aufbau einer in Richtung einer reversiblen Volumenverkleinerung einwirkenden potentiellen Energie volumenstromproportional vergrößert.ein erstes und ein zweites, jeweils als Einspannelement dienendes Bauteil (4, 6) ineinander verschiebbar gelagert sind,die beiden Bauteile (4, 6) zwischen sich einen nach außen gedichteten Druckraum mit einem von der gegenseitigen Lage der beiden Bauteile (4, 6) abhängigen Volumen einschließen,der Druckraum (7) durch einen Vorratsraum (8) durchströmendes, dem Schmieröldruck ausgesetztes Schmieröl druckbeaufschlagbar ist,der Druckraum (7) über ein ausschließlich in diesen hinein durchströmbares, federbelastetes Einwegeventil (10) mit dem Vorratsraum (8) verbindbar ist,in der Verbindung des Druckraumes (7) zu dem Vorratsraum (8) ein zusätzliches, steuerbares Absperrventil (11) vorgesehen ist,zwischen dem Druckraum (7) und dem steuerbaren Absperrventil (11) ein als Bypass zu dem Einwegeventil (10) dienender Drosselkanal vorgesehen ist,
- Spielausgleichselement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pufferraum (22) mit einer gegen eine elastische Vorspannung verstellbaren Begrenzungswand (20) versehen ist, deren Stellung die Größe des Pufferraum(22)-Volumens bestimmt. - Spielausgleichselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen dem Pufferraum (22) und dem Einwegeventil (10) des Druckraumes (7) liegende Strömungsweg ungedrosselt ist. - Spielausgleichselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drosselkanal durch einen bei den ineinander verschiebbaren Bauteilen (4, 6) zwischen diesen bestehenden, durch einen als die verstellbare Begrenzungswand dienenden Dichtring (20) nach außen gedichteten Ringspalt (17) gebildet ist. - Spielausgleichselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (20) axial verschiebbar gelagert und in seiner Verschieberichtung von außerhalb des gedichteten Ringspaltes (17) in einer ringspaltverkürzend wirkenden Weise federbelastet ist. - Spielausgleichselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringspalt (17) innerhalb des möglichen Verschiebeweges des Dichtringes (20) radial erweitert ist. - Spielausgleichselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (20) bei einer dem minimalen Pufferraumvolumen entsprechenden Stellung an einem Anschlag anliegt.
