Zwischen die Stege 26 wird die Schraube 16 zur Halterung einer außen anzubringenden Lichtschranke oder dergleichen eingedreht.
In den Figuren 7a und 7b ist das Versteifungsglied 31' als stabförmiger Stift ausgebildet, der einfach oder paarweise in zwei gegenüberliegende Schraubkanäle 14 eingesteckt ist.
Im montierten Zustand drückt demnach das Versteifungsglied 31VII die beiden freien Enden des U-Profils 11' auseinander, so daß das aufgerastete U-Profil 12' fest mit dem U-Profil 11' verbunden ist. Somit wird ein geschlossenes Kastenprofil geschaffen, das sehr hohe Torsions- und Biegeelemente aufnehmen kann.
Claims (14)
- Bausatz (1) zur Herstellung von Toren (2), Zäunen, Geländern oder ähnlichen Bauteilen, die aus einer Vielzahl von U-förmigen paarweise miteinander verrastbaren Profilen (11, 12 oder 11', 12') zusammengesetzt sind, wobei die Profile (11, 12 oder 11', 12') im montierten Zustand ein geschlossenes Kastenprofil bilden und mit mindestens einem an einer oder an beiden Innenmantelflächen angeformten Schraubkanälen (14) versehen sind, die aus jeweils einem Steg (15) und einer Wandung eines der Profile (11, 12 oder 11', 12') oder aus zwei zueinander beabstandeten parallel verlaufenden Stegen (15) gebildet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Schraubkanäle ein oder mehrere Versteifungsglieder (31, 31', 31", 31''', 31IV, 31V und 31VI) eingesetzt sind und daß das oder die Versteifungsglieder (31, 31', 31", 31''', 31IV, 31V, 31VI und 31VII) über die gesamte Länge oder bereichsweise in dem U-Profil (11,11') angeordnet sind. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels der Versteifungsglieder (31, 31', 31'', 31''', 31IV,31V und 31VI) zwei oder mehrere benachbarte und fluchtend zueinander verlaufende U-Profile (11, 12 oder 11', 12') miteinander verbindbar sind. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (15) parallel zu der Längsachse (13) der Profile (11, 12 oder 11', 12') angeordnet sind. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (15) senkrecht zu den jeweiligen Wandungen der verrasteten U-Profile (11, 12 oder 11', 12') angeordnet sind. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (15) an den beiden Schenkeln (18) des innenliegenden Profils (11, 11') und parallel zu dem Verbindungssteg (18) des innenliegenden Profils (11, 11') verlaufen. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das innenliegende Profil (11, 11') eine oder mehrere Durchgangsbohrungen zur Aufnahme und Halterung eines Befestigungsmittels (16) eingearbeitet sind, und daß durch das Befestigungsmittel (16) ein benachbartes Kastenprofil fixiert ist. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden durch das Befestigungsmittel (16) verbundene Kastenprofile senkrecht zueinander verlaufen. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifungsglieder (31, 31', 31", 31''', 31IV, 31V und 31VI) in ihrer Querschnittsform S-, X-, T-, I-, H-, Z-, odr L-förmig ausgebildet sind. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den sich gegenüberliegenden Stegen (15) der Rastnocken (34) angeformt sind, durch die die Versteifungsglieder (31, 31', 31", 31''', 31IV, 31V und 31VI) arretiert sind. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei fluchtend zueinander angeordneten Stegen (15) und einer parallel zu diesen verlaufenden Wand der Profile (11, 11') ein Versteifungselement (31) eingesetzt ist. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungsglied (31'') eine Durchgangsbohrung (32) aufweist. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Profile (11', 12') miteinander durch die eingeschobenen Versteifungsglieder (31IV, 31V,31VI) arretiert sind. - Bausatz nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines oder mehrere der Versteifungsglieder (31VII) in Längsrichtung federelastisch ausgebildet sind. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federelastischen Versteifungsglieder (31VII) in Richtung ihrer Längsachse v-, w- oder wellenförmig ausgebildet sind.
