Description
The present invention relates to a floor mounting, with at least one plate-shaped that can be walked on or driven over Flooring element, in particular made of high-strength concrete, with a variety of vertical openings for the Surface water is provided (see e.g. AT-B-400 960).
Known such floor mountings are either planted in the openings or at least leave vegetation in the openings, so that an excellent Drainage of surface water stops, however no actually flat floor surface.
The invention sets itself the goal of a floor surface attachment of the type mentioned in the introduction to create for heavy use is suitable, for example as a runway, offers a largely flat surface and yet an unhindered drainage of the surface water into the underground enables. This goal is achieved with a floor paving of the type mentioned in the introduction, which according to the invention is characterized in that the openings a is frustoconical or truncated in the direction of passage have a tapering inlet section to which an outlet section constant or widening cross-section connects, with a conical or truncated pyramid-shaped filter element made of porous material is inserted.
The floor mounting of the invention is extreme load-bearing, offers a flat surface and enables a good one Drainage of surface water. The conical or pyramid-shaped The design of the filter elements is resistant against weight loads from above, pressure loads from the duct system underneath and prevents the danger of frost bursts.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the filter element at least one has a vertical blind bore from its underside. The blind hole creates an additional drainage effect in the porous filter material.
It is preferably provided that the outlet section for Formation of an internal heel with step-wise cross-sectional expansion connects to the inlet section, the filter element at its tapered end with an outward facing Snap bead, outward locking lugs or the like. Mistake which is in the state inserted into the opening lock behind the inner heel (locked). The filter elements can be driven into the openings from above and be anchored in it with a snap fit.
It is particularly favorable if the filter element in the direction of passage seen a fine-pored filter layer with a Thickness of 3-10% and a subsequent coarse-pored filter layer with a thickness of 97-90% of the total thickness of the filter element having. This type of filter is in itself from the AT-B-400 960 known and has an excellent filter effect; Solids contained in surface water can only up to a certain grain size in the fine-pored filter layer penetration; once they have penetrated, relocate them due to the increase in pore size in the following Layer not the filter element, but are discharged. Any contamination in surface water, e.g. Oils or petrol are used in the filter element up to a certain level Degrees absorbed and regenerated in a biodegradation process; the porosity of the material also causes one automatic ventilation of the filter element.
It is particularly advantageous if the filter element is made of porous plastic, preferably from connected plastic parts, in particular balls. That kind of filter material is mechanically stable and the porosity can be expanded Set limits exactly.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention are on the underside of the flooring element below of the openings of the perforations transverse channels arranged for water and / or air supply. About these On the one hand, channels can drain the filtered surface water and on the other hand e.g. warmed air in the Breakthroughs are initiated, for example around the top fastening the floor surface in case of snow or icing defrost.
According to a further feature of the invention, the openings are in a periodic surface pattern, preferably grid-like, distributed over the flooring element, which is the manufacturing simplified.
Another aspect of the present invention is concerned with the creation of a filter element for the one presented here Floor mounting. The filter element according to the invention is characterized by a truncated cone or truncated pyramid Body made of porous material, at least one blind bore extending axially parallel from its tapered end face having. The filter element is preferably on its tapered end with an outward circumferential bead, outward locking lugs or the like. provided, and especially It is favorable if the filter element in the direction of taper seen a fine-pored filter layer with a thickness of 3-10% and a subsequent coarse-pore filter layer with a Thickness of 97-90% of the total thickness. With these characteristics can be used in connection with the floor mounting achieve the advantages explained above.
