Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Campingfahrzeug mit Anschlußleiste für Vorzelte und Vordächer.
Solche an Campingfahrzeugen aufgesetzte Anschlußleisten dienen insbesondere zur Befestigung von Vorzelten und Sonnensegeln. Sie werden meist gleichzeitig als Abdeckung einer Stoßfuge, beispielsweise zwischen Seitenwand und Dachhaut oder einem Kantenstück verwendet. Sie weisen einen Nutabschnitt mit vorzugsweise runder Nut auf, die der Aufnahme des verdickten Randes, d.h., des Keders eines Vorzeltes dient, Die Nut besitzt eine verengte Nutöffnung, die etwas weiter ist als die Stoffdicke des zu befestigenden Stoffes, aber enger als der Keder. Weiterhin weist die Anschlußleiste einen Befestigungsabschnitt auf, mit dem sie an dem Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil durch Schrauben zu befestigen ist.
Dies erfolgt in der Regel seitlich über die Länge des Wohnwagens unterhalb des Daches bzw. oberhalb der Fenster und vorne und hinten in etwa senkrecht, parallel zu den Ecken des Wagens, wobei die Anschlußleisten über Verbindungsstücke miteinander verbunden oder sogar einstückig ausgeführt sein können. Auch im unteren Bereich von Wohnwagen können solche Anschlußleisten vorhanden sein.
Nachteilig an diesem vorbekannten Stand der Technik ist, daß eine solche Leiste sehr breit ist und zur Abdeckung der Schraubenköpfe eigene Maßnahmen getroffen werden müssen, beispielsweise durch eine darüber angeordnete Zierleiste. Weiterhin können durch die enge Nutöffnung in der Nut selbst keine Schrauben und Schraubenlöcher eingebracht werden. Selbst wenn die Nutöffnung stellenweise die nötige Öffnungsweite aufweisen würde, so würde ein auch nur leicht in die Nut vorstehender Schraubenkopf das Einführen des Keders erheblich erschweren, wenn nicht sogar verhindern oder nach mehrmaliger Benutzung den Keder beschädigen.
Ein weiterer Nochteil ist, daß die Anschlußleiste sehr stark über die Außenkontur eines Wohnwagens hervorsteht und dabei relativ ungeschützt Witterungs- und Umwelteinflüssen ausgesetzt ist, so daß sie leicht verschmutzen und spröde werden, aber auch leicht beschädigt werden kann.
Aus FR-A-2 602 554 ist ein Campingfahrzeug nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt, bei dem zwei an einer Ecke aneinandergrenzende Wände des Campingfahrzeugs durch ein Winkelprofil unter Bildung eines Eckfalzes zusammengehalten sind. Der Eckfalz nimmt eine Abdeckleiste auf, die die Befestigungsschrauben für das Winkelprofil abdeckt und zugleich eine C-förmige Nut zur Aufnahme des Vorzeltkeders bildet. Die Schenkel des Winkelprofils haben eine Breite, die der Dicke der schmaleren der beiden Wandplatten entspricht. Da die durch das Winkelprofil und die Abdeckleiste gebildete Anschlußleiste für das Vorzelt zugleich die Kante des Campingfahrzeugs bildet und sich somit in einer exponierten Position befindet, kann sie leicht beschädigt oder verschmutzt werden.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Anschlußleiste zur Verfügung zu stellen, die sehr schmal ist, eine nicht sichtbare Befestigung ermöglicht und die eine erhöhte Sicherheit gegen Verschmutzung und Zerstörung besitzt.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird in Verbindung mit den Oberbegriffsmerkmalen erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruches angegebene technische Lehre vermittelt.
Von besonderem Varteil ist dabei, daß die Anschlußleiste in einer Ausnehmung in der Wohnwagenseitenwand eingelassen ist. Dies hat den Vorzug des unmittelbaren Schutzes der Anschlußleiste vor mechanischen Beschädigungen, da sie entweder gar nicht mehr oder nur noch mit den die Ausnehmungsränder überdeckenden schmalen Randabschnitten über die Kontur des Campingfahrzeuges hervorsteht. Auch Witterungs- und Umgebungseinflüssen ist sie sehr viel weniger ausgesetzt, so daß sie nicht so schnell verschmutzt und nicht so schnell altert wie außenliegende Anschlußleisten.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des Gegenstandes der Erfindung kann bel einer zweiteilig ausgeführten Anschlußleiste das Befestigungsprofil mit beliebigen Befestigungsmitteln in der Ausnehmung in der Außenwand eines Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils festgelegt werden, beispielsweise mit Schrauben, die durch Bohrungen in einer dem Campingfahrzeug zugewandten Seite der Befestigungsleiste hindurchgeführt sind und daß diese Befestigungsmittel durch das später in das Befestigungsprofil eingeführte Nutprofil verdeckt werden. Die Anschlußleiste kann deshalb sehr viel schmaler ausgeführt werden, da sie keinen separaten Befestigungsabschnitt benötigt. Weiterhin erübrigt sich eine extra Zierleiste zur Abdeckung der Schrauben, weil diese Aufgabe gleichzeitig durch das Nutprofil gelöst wird. Des weiteren ist diese Konstruktion der ineinander angeordneten Profile mechanisch sehr viel widerstandsfähiger als die bekannte einwandige Ausführungsform.
Bei einer solchen erfinderischen Ausführungsform kann das Befestigungsprofil zusätzlich oder alternativ, insbesondere dann, wenn das Befestigungsprofil und das Nutprofil zu einem gemeinsamen Anschlußleistenprofil kombiniert sind, mittels weiterer Befestigungsmethoden in der Ausnehmung festgelegt sein, beispielsweise kann es mit dem Ausnehmungsgrund und den Ausnehmungswänden großflächig verklebt sein oder selbst Rosten aufweisen, die mit Rastenaufnahmen in der Ausnehmung zusammenwirken.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist ein Nutprofil aus einem elastischen Material auf, so daß das Nutprofil durch die Öffnung des Befestigungsprofils eingeführt werden kann und sich anschließend an dessen Innenwände anlegt und sich dabei formschlüssig verriegelt. Auf diese Weise können Nutprofile je nach Bedarf auch abschnittsweise in dem Befestigungsprofil festgelegt werden.
In der Öffnung des Nutprofiles und/oder des Befestigungsprofils läßt sich bei Nichtgebrauch der Anschlußleiste eine Zier- und Schutzleiste einführen, die die Anschlußleiste ganz oder nur teilweise überdeckt.
Ganz besonders vorteilhaft ist eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung, bei der der Nutabschnitt und der Befestigungsabschnitt der Anschlußleiste zu einem einteiligen Anschlußleistenprofil zusammengefaßt sind. Dieses besteht bevorzugterweise aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einem Polyethylen-Kunststoff, da dessen Wärmedehnungsverhalten etwa dem der Bauteile des Campingfahrzeuges entspricht. Dieses einteilige Anschlußleistenprofil läßt sich besonders schnell und einfach in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung in der Wand des Campingfahrzeuges festlegen, wobei es mittels Klebstoff in der Nut befestigt wird, so daß keine Bohrlöcher mehr gefertigt und keine Schraubenköpfe verdeckt werden müssen.
Eine andere vorteilhafte Version des elastischen Anschlußleistenprofils kann auch geringfügig größere Abmessungen aufweisen als die Ausnehmung im Campingfahrzeug, so daß es mit einer Art Preßsitz in der Ausnehmung festlegbar ist. Weiterhin können die seitlichen Flächen des Anschlußleistenprofils mit Rasten versehen sein, die hinter Rastflächen in der Ausnehmung in dem Campingfahrzeug einrasten. Diese Befestigungsarten können natürlich auch beliebig kombiniert zur Anwendung kommen.
Zum Einführen eines Keders weist das Anschlußleistenprofil bevorzugterweise mindestens einen Abschnitt auf, dessen Nutöffnung breiter ist als ein Keder dick. Eine solche verbreiterte Nutöffnung ist nur dann nicht erforderlich, wenn sich die Ausnehmung im Campingfahrzeug und das darin befestigte Anschlußleistenprofil mindestens bis zu einer Ecke oder Kante erstreckt, so daß der Keder von dort seitlich eingeführt werden kann.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich zusammen mit den weiteren Unteransprüchen.
Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Das Nutprofil 1 der ersten Ausführungsform der Anschlußleiste, die in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellt ist, besitzt einen etwa C-förmigen Querschnitt, dessen Außenkontur der Innenkontur des Befestigungsprofils 2 entspricht. Zur Aufnahme des verdickten Randes eines Vorzeltes, des sogenannten Keders, ist die innere Nut 9 im Querschnitt kreisförmig ausgeführt. Der Stoff des Vorzeltes kann sich durch die enge Nutöffnung 4 aus der Nut 9 heraus ins Freie erstrecken. Seitlich der Nutöffnung 4 weist das Nutprofil 1 rechtwinklige Ecken 8 auf.
Das Befestigungsprofil 2 besitzt einen in etwa U-förmigen Querschnitt, an dessen oberen Seitenschenkeln rechtwinklig verlaufende Querleisten 5 vorgesehen sind, die sich nach beiden Seiten erstrecken. Der mittlere Schenkel des U-förmigen Befestigungsprofits 2 kann Durchbrechungen für Befestigungsmittel wie Nägel, Schrauben o.ä. aufweisen, wie in Figur 2 dargestellt.
Figur 3 zeigt die Anschlußleiste in eingebautem Zustand. Das Nutprofil 1 ist in ein Befestigungsprofil 2 eingeführt und liegt mit seinen Außenwänden an den Innenwänden des Befestigungsprofils 2 an. Insbesondere hintergreifen die Ecken 8 des Nutprofils 1 die inneren Abschnitte 7 der Querleiste 5 und verriegeln auf diese Weise das Nutprofil 1 formschlüssig im Befestigungsprofil 2.
Das Befestigungsprofil 2 ist so in einer Ausnehmung 10 im Bereich einer Ecke des Wohnwagens eingelassen und befestigt, daß die Unterseiten der äußeren Abschnitte 6 der Querleisten 5 auf der Außenwand des Wohnwagens aufliegen, so daß die Querleisten 5 gleichzeitig die Fugen der aneinandergrenzenden Seitenwände 3 bzw. zwischen Seitenwand 3 und einem Eckstück 11 des Daches oder einer anderen Seitenwand abdecken.
Die Anschlußleiste verläuft parallel zur Dachkante auf einer Seite eines Wohnwagens und setzt sich vorne und hinten bogenförmig senkrecht bis zu dessen unteren Rand verlaufend fort. Auch parallel zur unteren Kante eines Wohnwagens können solche Anschlußleisten angebracht sein. Das Nutprofil 1 kann dabei entweder durch die offenen Enden des Befestigungsprofits 2 eingeführt werden, oder, falls das Nutprofil 1 aus elastischem Material besteht, durch die Öffnung des U-förmigen Befestigungsprofils 2 eingesetzt werden.
Das Anschlußleistenprofil 12 der Anschlußleiste der zweiten Ausführungsform, die in den Figuren 4 und 5 dargestellt ist, weist im Querschnitt eine äußere Form auf, die der Form der Ausnehmung 10 in der Wand des Campingfahrzeuges entspricht. Zur Festlegung des Anschlußleistenprofils 12 in der Ausnehmung 10 wird es in dieser mittels einer Klebverbindung großflächig fixiert. Die innere Form des Querschnitts entspricht der der inneren Querschnittsform des Nutprofils 1 mit einem kreisförmigen Ausschnitt, zur Aufnahme eines Keders und mit einer engeren Nutöffnung 4 zur Durchführung des Stoffes eines Vorzeltes oder Sonnensegels. Das Anschlußleistenprofil 12 weist ebenfalls Querleisten 5 mit äußeren Abschnitten 6 auf, deren Unterseiten im eingebauten Zustand auf der Außenwand eines Campingfahrzeuges aufliegen, so daß in diesem Bereich vorhandene Fugen verdeckt werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Campingfahrzeug, insbesondere Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil, mit einer Anschlußleiste (1, 2; 12) zur Befestigung von Vorzelten oder Vordächern, mit einem Nutprofil (1) mit vorzugsweiser runder Nut (9) zur Aufnahme des verdickten Randes, des Keders eines Vorzeltes und einer engen Nutöffnung (4) und mit einem in eine Ausnehmung (10) in der Außenwand des Campingfahrzeuges eingelassen Befestigungsprofil (2) zur Befestigung der Anschlußleiste an dem Campingfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsprofil einen U-förmigen Außenquerschnitt hat und die Ausnehmung (10) in einer Seitenwand (3) des Campingfahrzeugs ausgebildet ist.
  2. Campingfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nutprofil und das Befestigungsprofil der Anschlußleiste jeweils als einseitig offenes Hohlprofil ausgeführt ist und das Nutprofil (1) in dem Befestigungsprofil (2) so festgelegt ist. daß die Öffnungen die gleiche Ausrichtung aufweisen.
  3. Campingfahrzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsprofil (2) der Anschlußleiste seitlich über den Rand der Ausnehmung (10) sich erstreckende äußere Abschnitte (6) aufweist, deren Unterseiten auf der Seitenwand (3) aufliegen.
  4. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsprofil (2) der Anschlußleiste mit Durchgangslöchern für Befestigungsmittel versehen ist.
  5. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere einzelne Nutprofile (1) der Anschlußleiste abschittsweise in einem Befestigungsprofil (2) festgelegt sind.
  6. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsprofil (2) der Anschlußleiste Querleisten (5) an den Enden der Seitenschenkel aufweist und daß das Nutprofil (1) einen C-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt, mit einer Außenkontur, die der Innenkontur des Befestigungsprofils entspricht, und daß die äußeren oberen Ecken (8) des Nutprofils (1) die inneren Abschnitte (7) der Querleisten (5) formschlüssig hintergreifen .
  7. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Nichtgebrauch der Anschlußleiste eine Zier- und Schutzleiste in die Nutöffnung (4) Einklemmbar ist, die die Anschlußleiste ganz oder teilweise abdeckt.
  8. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nutprofil (1) der Anschlußleiste aus einem elastischen Material besteht und durch die Öffnung des Befestigungsprofils (2) in dieses einführbar ist.
  9. Campingfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nutprofil und das Befestigungsprofil der Anschlußleiste als einteiliges Anschlußleistenprofil (12) ausgeführt sind.
  10. Campingfahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere PE-Kunststoff, besteht.
  11. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder beiden der vorgenannten Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) in der Ausnehmung (10) der Seitenwand des Campingfahrzeugs mittels Klebstoff festgelegt ist.
  12. Campingfahrzeug nach einem der mehreren vorgenannten Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) geringfügig dicker ist als die Ausnehmung (10) in der Wand des Campingfahrzeuges breit ist und daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) in die Ausnehmung (10) eingepreßt ist.
  13. Campingfahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) seitlich über den Rand der Ausnehmung (10) sich erstreckende äußere Abschnitte (6) aufweist, deren Unterseiten auf der Seitenwand (3) des Campingfahrzeuges aufliegen.
  14. Campingfahrzeug noch einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußleistenprofil (12) mit mindestens einem Abschnitt versehen ist, dessen Nutöffnung (4) breiter ist, als ein Keder dick ist.
  15. Campingfahrzeug noch einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Nichtgebrauch eine Zier- und Schutzleiste in die Nutöffnung (4) des Anschlußleistenprofils (12) Einklemmbar ist, die die Anschlußleiste ganz oder teilweise abdeckt.
