Claims (10)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines unter Normalbedingungen flüssigen Kohlenwasserstoffproduktes, das das thermische Cracken eines Kunststoffmaterials in der geschmolzenen, flüssigen Phase und die katalytische Umwandlung des dadurch erzeugten, dampfförmigen Produktes durch Kontakt mit einem Zeolith bei 200 bis 350°C umfaßt, der einen Zwangsindex von 1 bis 12 aufweist.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die katalytische Umwandlung der Dampfphase bei einer Temperatur von 250 340°C durchgeführt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das thermische Cracken der geschmolzenen, flüssigen Phase in Gegenwart eines anorganischen, porösen, partikelförmigen Materials durchgeführt wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, worin das anorganische, poröse, partikelförmige Material eine katalytische Crackativität aufweist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, worin das anorganische, poröse Material natürlich vorkommender Zoelith ist.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, worin das thermische Cracken der flüssigen Phase bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 390 bis 500°C durchgeführt wird.
7. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, worin der beim katalytischen Umwandlungsschritt verwendete Zeolith ZSM-5 ist.
8. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, worin das Kunststoffmaterial ein polyolefinisches Kunststoffmaterial ist.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin das polyolefinische Kunststoffmaterial ein Homo- oder Copolymer von Ethylen, Propylen oder Buten ist.
10. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, worin das flüssige Produkt der katalytischen Umwandlung der Dampfphase im wesentlichen aus Kohlenwasserstoffen zusammengesetzt ist, die Kohlenstoffzahlen von nicht mehr als 22 aufweisen.
