Abstract
本实用新型是一种用废塑料和或重油生产汽油柴油的设备。它主要由挤塑机,槽形螺旋反应器,燃烧室,汽化室,分离箱,螺旋搅拌器,旋风分离器及烃油分离装置等组成。本实用新型具有反应传热快,耗能少,设备不结焦,渣中不含油,成品转化率高和投资少的特点。
Description
本实用新型涉及用废塑料,高沸点烃类物质生产低沸点烃油的设备,是一种通过热裂解和催化裂解从废塑料和或重油中制取汽油柴油的设备。
有关废塑料和高沸点烃为原料生产低沸点烃的设备已有很多报导,在特开平4-50929及昭和60-58485,63-132995,63-178195以及USP4851601和EP-A-0607862中均采用釜式[立或卧]反应器进行热裂解反应,釜外壁直接高温加热,釜内壁物料间断受热,釜壁两侧温差大,釜外壁易受高温烧坏变形,釜内壁易局部过热结焦,影响产品转化率和设备寿命,传热效果差,排渣清渣难。而且,固定床催化反应需要另供热量。这是当今用釜式反应器裂解有机高分子化合物和聚烯烃的弱点。某些特种行列使用螺旋反应器,同样属于间接传热,即,筒体外壁直接高温加热,筒内物料间接受热,传热效率差。特别是螺杆易受热弯曲变形,导致螺杆两端难密封和筒内裂解气体外泄,螺杆螺旋装配在圆形料筒中心,筒内上部没有气化空间,影响反应进行。有的在苛刻的真空和氮气保护条件下反应。重油渣油裂解常采用传统的减压延迟焦化和流化催化方法,蒸汽耗量高,投资大,操作复杂。
本实用新型的目的就是要克服上述缺点,提供从废塑料和或重油等高沸点烃中制取汽油柴油的设备。具体地说,将无机颗粒状热载体连续循环地投入螺旋反应器内与原料直接接触传热发生热裂化,产生的气相烃进入固定床发生催化反应,将废塑料和高沸点烃转化成汽油柴油。本实用新型具有反应传热快,耗能少,设备不结焦,渣中不含油,成品转化率高和投资少的特点。
本实用新型的目的是用如下方式实现的。
一种用废塑料和或重油生产汽油柴油的设备,主要包括挤塑机(2),槽形螺旋反应器(21),燃烧室(9),气化室(22),分离箱(25),旋风分离器(11,13,37)及烃油收集装置。所述的槽形螺旋反应器(21)包括;长圆柱形壳体(40),固定在地面上不动。壳体(40)下部是半圆形并配置螺旋杆搅拌器(3),壳体(40)内的螺旋杆搅拌器(3)间接受外围的磁力电动机(1,19)驱动,壳体(40)内的物料无任何泄漏。挤塑机(2)和热载体(4)入口分别配置在槽形反应器(21)上部一端。气化室(22)配置在槽形反应器(21)另一端。固定床(23),其垂直配置于气化室(22)内部上方,其进口与槽形反应器(21)的气相产物出口相通,其出口接分馏塔(28)。气化室(22)底部与分离箱(25)中部通过螺旋输送器(3)相连接。分离箱(25)的底部是贮罐(26),收集废金属和石块等。分离箱(25)的顶部通过管道与旋风分离器(11)中部相连接。旋风分离器(11)上部(12)接旋风除尘器(13),旋风分离器(11)下部接贮料罐(5)上的出口,贮料罐(5)下部经螺旋输送机(3)并与燃烧室(9)的上部(10)相通。所述的燃烧室(9)包含有油,汽燃烧嘴(8,6)和空气喷嘴(7)。燃烧室(9)下部连接贮料罐(5)的上部,贮料罐(5)下部经螺旋输送机(3)与槽形螺旋反应器(21)上部相通。本实用新型进一步包括烃油分馏装置,均属于本领域中常规使用的汽油柴油分离装置,包括:分馏塔(28),冷凝器(29,33),油水分离器(30和38)和水封罐(31)等。

本实用新型的设备主要包括挤塑机(2),槽形螺旋反应器(21),燃烧室(5),气化室(22),分离箱(25),旋风分离器(11),分馏塔(28),冷凝器(29,33),油水分离器(30,38)和水封罐(31)等。所述槽形螺旋反应器(21)包括;长圆柱形壳体(40),固定在地面上不动。壳体(40)下部是半圆形并配置螺旋杆搅拌器(3),槽形反应器(21)上部是汽化空间。壳体(40)内的螺旋杆搅拌器(3)间接受外围的磁力电动机(1,19)驱动。螺旋杆搅拌器(3)一端用圆形挡板(20)支撑并与磁力电动机(19)隔开,另一端由中心带有圆孔(36)的十字钢架支撑固定。壳体(40)内螺旋搅拌器(3)因受外界磁力的间接驱动不会因螺杆的旋转造成壳体(40)内的物料有任何向外泄漏。挤塑机(2)与槽形螺旋反应器(21)之间装有阀门(17)。挤塑机(2)和热载体(4)入口分别配置在槽形螺旋反应器(21)上部一端。气化室(22)配置在反应器(21)另一端。固定床(23),其垂直配置于气化室(22)内部上方,其进口与槽形螺旋反应器(21)的气相产物出口相通,其出口接分馏塔(28)。气化室(22)的底部与分离箱(25)中部通过螺旋输送器(3)相连接。分离箱(25)的底部是贮灰罐(26),收集废金属和石块等。分离箱(25)的顶部通过管道与旋风分离器(11)中部相连接。旋风分离器(11)上部接旋风除尘器(13),旋风分离器(11)下部接贮料罐(5)上部,贮料罐(5)下部经螺旋输送机(3)并与燃烧室(9)的上部相通。所述的燃烧室(9)包含有油燃烧嘴(8),汽燃烧嘴(6)和空气喷嘴(7)。燃烧室(9)下部连接贮料罐(5)的上部,贮料罐(5)的下部经螺旋输送机(3)与槽形螺旋反应器(21)上部相通。分馏塔(28)顶部连接汽油冷凝器(29)进口,冷凝器(29)出口连接汽油油水分离器(30)上部,油水分离器(30)顶部与水封罐(31)相通,水封罐(31)顶部与燃烧室(9)的燃汽喷嘴(6)相连通。油水分离器(30)下部连接汽油储罐(35)。分馏塔(28)中部装有汽提罐(32)。汽提罐(32)连接柴油冷凝器(33)进口。柴油冷凝器(33)出口连接柴油油水分离器(38)上部,油水分离分离器(38)下部连接柴油储罐(34)。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的说明。
先将直径为0,1-3毫米的硬质颗粒状硅酸铝作为热载体(4)装入贮料罐中(5),用螺旋输送器(3)定速的推入燃烧室(9)中。将燃料油(或回收裂解气)和空气经各自的喷嘴(6,7,8,)同时喷入燃烧室(9)中,热载体(4)在燃烧室(9)中被加热升至500-1000℃并落入储备罐(5)中,再用螺旋输送机(3)连续循环不停地将热载体(4)送到槽形螺旋反应器(21)中。用螺旋式(或往复式)挤塑机(2)将所述的废塑料推入或将重油经入孔(18)泵入密封的槽形螺旋反应器(21)中,并直接与热载体(4)在槽形螺旋反应器(21)内混合并发生传热,进行热裂化反应。物料在螺杆(3)旋转和推动下从反应器(21)内一端移向另一端。原料受热后不断地分解成气相烃和残渣。气相烃经汽化区进入气化室(22)内的固定床(23)中,并与DL-1型催化剂发生催化反应生成小分子气相烃,小分子气相烃经分馏塔(28)分馏,再按传统的收集提纯方法得到汽油柴油。热载体(4)和热裂解残渣组成的混合物(16)受槽形螺旋反应器(21)的螺杆(3)推动流入气化室(22)底部,经螺旋输送机(3)进入分离箱(25)。用鼓风机(27)吸进经热载体分离器(37)处理过的高温烟道气经入孔(39)送入分离箱(25),不停地将上述混合物(16)从分离箱(25)中吹入旋风分离器(11)内。金属,石块等落入分离箱(25)底部经孔(26)被分离除去,旋风分离器(11)收集的固体混合物(16)落入贮料罐(5)中。分离出的气体含有初始原料带入的无机尘粒,经除尘器(13)分离后从贮灰箱(14)经孔(15)排出装置。用螺旋输送机(3)将贮料罐(5)中的固体混合物(16)推入燃烧室(9)。在燃烧室(9)里,混合物(16)中的有机物被烧净,无机尘粒随高温烟道气被抽走。无机载体(4)又被加热至500-1000℃并落入贮料罐(5)中,经螺旋输送机(3)连续循环的送入槽形螺旋反应器(21)给反应器(21)内的热裂解反应供热。上述过程中,无机颗粒状热载体(4)始终处于被加热——放热——被加热的连续循环状态。其目的是确保槽形螺旋反应器(21)内的裂解反应有足够的热量。
以下通过具体实施例更详细地说明本实用新型,但本实用新型并不受其限制。
实 施 例
先将2000KG直径为0,9毫米的颗粒状硅酸铝作为热载体(4)装入贮料罐中(5),用螺旋输送器(3)定速的推入燃烧室(9)中。将燃料油(或回收裂解尾气)和空气经各自的喷嘴(6,7,8,)同时喷入燃烧室(9)中燃烧,热载体(4)在燃烧室(9)中被加热升温到600-700℃,不停地落入贮备罐(5)中,再用螺旋输送机(3)连续循环不停地将热载体(4)送到槽形螺旋反应器(21)中。用螺旋式(或往复式)挤塑机(2)将1400公斤北京冬天的废塑料(PP为25%,PP为25%,PE为50%)推入密封的槽形螺旋反应器(21)中,并直接与热载体(4)在槽形螺旋反应器(21)内直接混合并发生传热,进行热裂化反应。废塑料在螺杆(3)推动下从反应器(21)的原料进口一端移向连接汽化室(22)的另一端。反应器(21)内的原料进口温度控制在600-700℃,裂解后的残渣出口温度控制在500至600℃。废塑料受热后不断地分解成气相烃和残渣。气相烃经汽化区进入气化室(22)内的固定床(23)中,并与固定床(23)中的DX-1型催化剂发生催化反应。催化反应温度控制在300-400℃。生成小分子气相烃,小分子气相烃经分馏塔(28)分馏,再按传统的收集提纯方法最后得到汽油柴油。热载体(4)和热裂解残渣组成的混合物(16)受反应器(21)内的螺旋杆(3)推动流入气化室(22)底部,经螺旋输送机(3)入分离箱(25)。用鼓风机(27)吸进高温烟气经入孔(39)送入分离箱(25),不停地将上述混合物(16)从分离箱(25)中吹入旋风分离器(11)内。废塑料中含有的金属,石块等落入分离箱(25)底部经孔(26)被分离除去,旋风分离器(11)收集的固体混合物(16)落入贮料罐(5)中。分离出的气体含有废塑料带入的无机尘粒,经除尘器(13)分离后从贮灰箱(14)经孔(15)排出装置。用螺旋输送机(3)将贮料罐(5)中的固体混合物(16)推入燃烧室(9)。在燃烧室(9)里,混合物(16)中的含油残渣被烧净。其中,比重小的无机尘粒随高温烟气抽走。比重大的颗粒状热载体(4)又被燃烧加热至600-700℃,并落入贮料罐(5)中,经螺旋输送机(3)连续循环的送入槽形螺旋反应器(21)内给反应器内的废塑料供热。上述过程中,热载体(4)始终处于被加热——放热——被加热的连续循环运转过程中。以确保槽形螺旋反应器(21)内的裂解反应所需足够的热量。生产中,设备内不须补充热载体,除非已被正常磨损需要补充。
上述工艺参数及生产结果如下:
废塑料(W%) 1400KG。其中,PP为350KG(25%),PS为
350KG(25%),PE为700KG(50%)。
反应压力: 0,05-0,1MPA
热载体进反应器温度:600-700℃
热载体出反应器温度:500-600℃。
催化反应温度: 300-350℃
催化剂: DX-1型催化剂。
反应产物:汽油,630KG(40%)RON为93,5。

Claims (4)
1,一种用废塑料和或重油生产汽油柴油的设备,主要包括:挤塑机(2),槽形螺旋反应器(21),螺旋杆搅拌器(3),燃烧室(5),汽化室(22),分离箱(25),旋风分离器(11),分馏塔(28),冷凝器(29,33),油水分离器(30,38)和水封罐(31)等;所述的槽形螺旋反应器(21)包括:长圆柱形壳体(40),固定在地面上不动;壳体(40)下部是半圆形并配置螺旋杆搅拌器(3),壳体(40)上部是长圆形或半圆形,是气相产物的汽化空间;壳体(40)内的螺旋杆搅拌器(3)间接受外围的磁力电动机(1,19)驱动;螺旋螺杆搅拌器(3)一端用中心带有圆孔的圆形挡板(20)支撑并与磁力电动机(19)隔开,另一端由中心带有圆孔的十字钢架(36)支撑固定;壳体(40)内螺旋搅拌器(3)因受外界磁力的间接驱动不会因螺杆的旋转造成壳体(40)内的物料有任何向外泄漏;挤塑机(2)与槽形螺旋反应器(21)之间装有阀门(17);挤塑机(2)和颗粒状热载体(4)入口分别配置在槽形螺旋反应器(21)上部一端;气化室(22)配置在反应器(21)另一端;固定床(23),其垂直配置于气化室(22)内部上方,其进口与槽形螺旋反应器(21)的气相产物出口相通,其出口接分馏塔(28)或烃油收集装置;气化室(22)的底部与分离箱(25)中部通过螺旋输送器(3)相连接;分离箱(25)的底部是贮灰罐(26),收集废金属和石块等;分离箱(25)的顶部通过管道与旋风分离器(11)中部相连接。旋风分离器(11)上部接旋风除尘器(13),旋风分离器(11)下部接贮料罐(5)上部,贮料罐(5)下部经螺旋输送机(3)并与燃烧室(9)的上部相通;燃烧室(9)的顶部出口与热载体分离器(37)中部相联接,热载体分离器(37)的顶部与鼓风机(27)的进口相联接,鼓风机(27)的出口与分离箱(25)的热风喷嘴(39)相联;所述的燃烧室(9)包含有油燃烧喷嘴(8),汽燃烧喷嘴(6)和空气喷嘴(7)。燃烧室(9)下部连接贮料罐(5)的上部,贮料罐(5)的下部经螺旋输送机(3)与槽形螺旋反应器(21)上部一端相联通。
2,根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述的烃油收集装置包括:分馏塔,冷凝器,油水分离器,汽提罐及水封罐等。
3,根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述的槽形螺旋反应器(21)的壳体(40)内的上半部留有足够的汽化空间,驱动壳体(40)下部螺旋搅拌器(3)旋转的电机可以是电磁电机或普通电机。
4,根据权利要求1的设备,其中所述的电机(1)属于变速或定速电机。
