Since the fan wheel 6 and the housing 4 are mounted independently of one another on the vehicle frame of the commercial vehicle and thus form separate vibration systems, this results in frames twists or due to the softer motor mounting relative movements between the radiator frame 3 and the fan wheel 6. To compensate for these relative movements, a relatively large gap is therefore usually present between the radiator frame 3 and the fan wheel 6 in the known radiator fan arrangements.
