Abstract
Süsteem poolhaagise 21 laadimiseks ja kinnitamiseks 1520 mm rööpmelaiusega platvormvagunile 22, mis koosneb kraanast poolhaagise 21 tõstmiseks rambilt 4 ja ülemisest tõstetalast 1, mille tropid 20 on kinnitatud poolhaagise 21 ümberlaadimise vahendite külge 2, 3 koos teise alumise tõstetalaga 3 ja kahe rattakinnituselemendiga poolhaagise esimeste alumiste tõstetalade 2 jaoks. TEHNIKAVALDKOND TECHNICAL FIELD
Leiutis käsitleb raudteetranspordi valdkonda, eelkõige poolhaagise laadimist 1520 mm raudtee rööpmelaiusega platvormvagunile, millel poolhaagist transporditakse, poolhaagise laadimist laadimisseadme abil ja poolhaagise kinnitamist pärast platvormvagunile paigutamist. LEIUTISE OLEMUS ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
Käesolev poolhaagiste laadimis-, kinnitus- ja transpordisüsteem on välja töötatud selleks, et poolhaagiseid saaks laadida ja kinnitada 1520 mm rööpmelaiusega raudtee platvormvagunile. Nimetatud tehnilise efekti saavutamiseks on ette nähtud süsteem poolhaagise laadimiseks ja kinnitamiseks spetsiaalselt kaldteelt ehk rambilt 1520 mm rööpmelaiusega raudtee platvormvagunile ning meetod süsteemi kasutamiseks, mille puhul poolhaagiste ümberlaadimisseadmed koosnevad eraldi tõstetaladest ja troppidest, millega koos komplektina kasutades saab rambilt ümber laadida standardseid 3-teljelisi (maksimaalselt 2 ratast ühel teljel, rataste mõõtmed 265/55 R19.5 kuni 385/65 R22.5), 4 meetri kõrguseid poolhaagiseid. Lisaks sisaldab süsteem teist alumist tõstetala poolhaagise tõstmiseks ja poolhaagise sadula kinnitussõrme kinnitamiseks, teisel alumisel tõstetalal on automaatne lukustusmehhanism, mis lukustab sadula kinnitussõrme ja takistab poolhaagise tõstmiseks ettenähtud tõstetala lahtihaakumist, ning esimesi alumisi tõstetalasid poolhaagise rataste haaramiseks.
