Abstract
Se revelan compuestos que son agonistas o antagonistas de los receptores S1P5, las composiciones que contienen los mencionados compuestos y métodos de uso de los mencionados compuestos y composiciones. En ciertas caracterizaciones, los mencionados compuestos son derivados de 1-bencilazetidina-3-carboxílico ácido. En ciertas caracterizaciones, los mencionados métodos se relacionan con el tratamiento del dolor neuropático y/o trastornos neurodegenerativos.
