Abstract
Se describen compuestos que son agonistas o antagonistas del receptor S1P5, composiciones que comprenden dichos compuestos, y métodos para utilizar dichos compuestos y composiciones. En ciertas modalidades, dichos compuestos son derivados de ácido 1- bencilazetidin-3-carboxílico. En ciertas modalidades, dichos métodos se refieren al tratamiento de dolor neuropático y/o trastorno neurodegenerativo. En ciertas modalidades, dichos compuestos pueden ser utilizados en combinación con un segundo agente terapéutico.
