Abstract

Съедобная емкость, пригодная для содержания замороженного кондитерского изделия, причем емкость содержит по меньшей мере 50 вес.% частиц мягкого выпеченного материала размером от 1 до 20 мм. Изобретение также касается способа получения съедобной емкости, содержащей дозирование в поддерживающую форму требуемого количества частиц мягкого выпеченного материала, имеющих размер от 1 до 20 мм, уплотнение частиц для образования агломерата и введение формующего инструмента в агломерат в поддерживающей форме для преобразования агломерата в емкость требуемой формы. Также обеспечен составной продукт с замороженным кондитерским изделием, содержащий съедобную емкость и замороженное кондитерское изделие.
