Abstract
Применение соединения для изготовления лекарственного средства для лечения бактериальной инфекции при условии, что бактериальная инфекция не является микобактериальной инфекцией, где указанное соединение представляет собой соединение формулы (Ia) или (Ib), его фармацевтически приемлемую кислотно- или основно-аддитивную соль, его стереохимически изомерные формы, его таутомерные формы или его N-оксидные формы, где Rпредставляет собой водород, галоген, галогеналкил, циано, гидрокси, Ar, Het, алкил, алкилокси, алкилтио, алкилоксиалкил, алкилтиоалкил, Ar-алкил или ди(Ar)алкил; р=1, 2, 3 или 4; Rпредставляет собой водород, гидрокси, меркапто, алкилокси, алкилоксиалкилокси, алкилтио, моно или ди(алкил)амино или радикал формулы; Rпредставляет собой алкил, Ar, Ar-алкил, Het или Het-алкил; q=1, 2 или 3; Rи Rпредставляет собой водород, алкил или бензил; или Rи R, взятые вместе с атомом N, к которому они присоединены, могут образовывать кольцо; Rпредставляет собой водород, галоген, галогеналкил, гидрокси, Ar, алкил, алкилокси, алкилтио, алкилоксиалкил, алкилтиоалкил, Ar-алкил или ди(Ar)алкил; или 2 соседних радикала Rмогут быть взяты вместе для образования двухвалентного радикала формулы -СН=СН-СН=СН-; r=1, 2, 3, 4 или 5; Rпредставляет собой водород, алкил, Ar или Het; Rпредставляет собой водород или алкил; Rпредставляет собой оксо; или Rи Rвместе образуют радикал -CH=CH-N=.
