Description
P a t e n t k r a v : 1. Anvendelse af et stof valgt blandt: trinatrium- eller trikaliumcitrat monosurt natrium- eller kaliumcitrat trinatrium- eller trikaliumphosphat monosurt natrium- eller kaliumphosphat natrium- eller kaliumcarbonat natrium-eller kaliumbicarbonat natrium- eller kaliumtartrat arginin lysin eller blandinger af disse, til stabilisering af Fosfomycin Tromethamol. 2. Anvendelse som stabilisator af en forbindelse ifølge krav 1, k ende-tegnet ved, at forbindelsen vælges blandt trinatriumcitrat, natrium-carbonat eller arginin. 3. Anvendelse af en forbindelse ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsen anvendes i et molforhold i forhold til FT-indholdet på mellem 10 % og 100 %, fortrinsvis mellem 30 % og 70 %, og endnu mere foretrukket ca. 50 %. 4. Farmaceutiske sammensætninger indeholdende Fosfomycin Tromethamol, en forbindelse valgt blandt: trinatrium- eller trikaliumcitrat monosurt natrium- eller kaliumcitrat trinatrium- eller trikaliumphosphat monosurt natrium- eller kaliumphosphat natrium- eller kaliumcarbonat natrium- eller kaliumbicarbonat natrium- eller kaliumtartrat arginin lysin eller blandinger deraf, og egnede excipienser til farmaceutiske anvendelse. 5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at den er i form af opløseligt granulat. 6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at den indeholdte mængde FT til enkelt dosis er 5,631 g. 7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at stoffet med stabiliserende aktivitet vælges blandt trinatriumcitrat, natriumcarbonat og arginin. 8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at stoffet med stabiliserende aktivitet anvendes i et molforhold i forhold til FT-indholdet på mellem 10 % og 100 %, fortrinsvis mellem 30 % og 70 %, og endnu mere foretrukket ca. 50 %.
