Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo, das sich insbesondere
zur Behandlung von Haarausfall, Haarwuchsstörungen, zytostatika induzierte Alopezie,
Haarbrüchigkeit, Kopfschuppen bei trockener und öliger Seborrhoe, impetignisierter
Ekzeme und Pyodermien der Kopfhaut, seborrhoisches Ekzem des Haarbodens,
seborrhisches Begleitsymptome der androgenetischen Alopezie und zur Verlängerung
der Lebensdauer der Haare eignet.
Als Krankeitsbild wird beispielsweise Haarausfall, Haarwuchsstörungen, Seborrhoe,
Kopfschuppen oder eine chronische Haarbodenentzündung, Haarbalgentzündung oder
eine entzündliche ekzematöse Kopfhautveränderung beobachtet.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen und ein
Haarkur-Pflege-Schampoo mit synergistischer Wirkung durch Kombination von
Wirkstoffen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Erfindungsgemäß wird das dadurch erreicht, daß man ein Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo,
bestehend aus mindestens den Wirkstoffen:
- a) oxidierte oder reduzierte Enantiomere der α-Liponsäure, Dihydroliponsäure (Racemat) oder deren Ester, 6,8-Bisnorliponsäure, Tetranorliponsäure oder die 1,2- Dithiacyclopentan-3-butylsulfonsäure oder ihre Alkalisalze in einer Konzentration von beispielsweise 0,2 bis 10%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 4% und
- b) ein oder mehrere Kombinationspartner, wie Selensalzen, Dinatriumsalz, Kaliumsalz eines Kondensationsproduktes aus Laurinsäure und Eiweißhydrolysaten, Palmkernfettsäure-Sarkosid des Methyltaurins, Palmölkernfettsäure-Sarkosid des Triethanolamins, Natriumsalz eines Kondensationsproduktes aus Undecylensäure, wasserlöslichen Vitamin E oder F, Ascorbinsäure, Bierextrakt, Kamillenblütenextrakt oder Farbkonzentraten einsetzt.
Das Haarkur-Pflegeschampoo kann beispielsweise bestehen aus:
- a) oxidierten oder reduzierten Enantiomeren der α-Liponsäure, Dihydroliponsäure (Racemat) oder deren Ester, 6,8-Bisnorliponsäure, Tetranorliponsäure oder die 1,2- Dithiacyclopentan-3-butylsulfonsäure oder ihren Alkalisalze in einer Konzentration von beispielsweise 0,2 bis 8%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 4% und
- b) Natrium-Selenit, wasserlöslichen Vitamin E oder F, KM BRONIDOX L®, Kamillenblütenextrakt, TEXAPON EVR®, TEXAPON N25®, TEXAPON MLS®, TEXAPON N40®, TEXAPON N70®, TEXAPON MG®, EUPERLAN PK 776®, EUPERLAN PK 771®, COMPERLAN KD®, COMPERLAN 100®, COMPERLAN LS®, DEHYTON K®, Kokosfettsäure-diethanolamid, Fettalkoholethersulfat, Na-Laurylethersulfat, NUTRILAN I®, LAMERCIN 50-80®, Natriumchlorid, Konservierungsmittel, Parfümöl, Bierextrakt oder Farbkonzentraten.
Die α-Liponsäure ist chemisch gesehen 1,2-Dithia-cyclopentan-3-valerieansäure
und ist in Form des R-Enantiomers in Pflanzen und Tieren weit verbreitet.
Sie wirkt in vielen enzymatischen Reaktionen als Coenzym, stellt einen
Wachstumsfaktor für manche Bakterien und Protozoen dar und wird bei der
Behandlung von Knollenblätterpilzvergiftungen eingesetzt.
Weiterhin weist das α-Liponsäure-Racemat antiphlogistische, antinociceptive
(analgetische) sowie zytoprotektive, neuroprotektive, antiallergische und antitumor
Eigenschaften auf.
Die reinen, optischen Enantiomeren der α-Liponsäure (R- und S-Form, das heißt R-α-
Liponsäure und S-α-Liponsäure) sind im Gegensatz zu dem Racemat wirksamer.
Das R-Enantiomer ist vorwiegend antiphlogistisch und das S-Enantiomer antinociceptiv
wirksam, wobei die antiphlogistische Wirkung des R-Enantiomer beispielsweise um
einen Faktor 10 stärker ist als diejenige des Racemats.
Die antinociceptive (analgetische) Wirkung des S-Enantiomer ist beispielsweise um bis
6 Faktoren stärker als diejenigen des Racemats.
Die Enantiomeren der α-Liponsäure stellen daher im Vergleich zu dem Racemat sehr
viel spezifischere und stärkerer wirksame Wirkstoffe dar.
Diese Wirkungen sind in EP-A 901 213 405 beschrieben.
Dieser Synergismus wird vermutet durch den Schutz des Elastins, einem Bestandteil
des Bindegewebes der Kopfhaut, durch die erfindungsgemäße Kombination mit der
α-Liponsäure. Durch die beschriebene bekannte antiphlogistische und
Kalziumfängereigenschaften der α-Liponsäure kommt es zur Hemmung der katabolen
Enzyme.
Das Haarkur-Pflege-Schamoo kann beispielsweise in Tuben, Flaschen oder
verschweißten Kunststoffbeuteln zur äußerlichen Anwendung vorliegen.

Claims (4)
1. Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo bestehend aus mindestens den Wirkstoffen:
- a) oxidierte oder reduzierte Enantiomere der α-Liponsäure, Dihydroliponsäure (Racemat) oder deren Ester, 6,8-Bisnorliponsäure, Tetranorliponsäure oder die 1,2- Dithiacyclopentan-3-butylsulfonsäure oder ihre Alkalisalze in einer Konzentration von 0,2 bis 10% und
- b) einem oder mehreren Kombinationspartnern wie Selensalzen, Dinatriumsalz, Kaliumsalz eines Kondensationsproduktes aus Laurinsäure und Eiweißhydrolysaten, Palmkernfettsäure-Sarkosid des Methyltaurins, Palmölkernfettsäure-Sarkosid des Triethanolamins, Natriumsalz eines Kondensationsproduktes aus Undecylensäure, wasserlöslichen Vitamin E oder F, Ascorbinsäure, Bierextrakt, Kamillenblütenextrakt oder Farbkonzentraten.
2. Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
mindestens aus
- a) oxidierten oder reduzierten Enantiomeren der α-Liponsäure, Dihydroliponsäure (Racemat) oder deren Ester, 6,8-Bisnorliponsäure, Tetranorliponsäure oder die 1,2- Dithiacyclopentan-3-butylsulfonsäure oder ihren Alkalisalze in einer Konzentration von 0,2 bis 8% und
- b) einem oder mehreren Kombinationspartnern wie Natrium-Selenit, wasserlöslichen Vitamin E oder F, KM BRONIDOX L®, Kamillenblütenextrakt, TEXAPON EVR®, TEXAPON N25®, TEXAPON MLS®, TEXAPON N40®, TEXAPON N70®, TEXAPON MGOR, EUPERLAN PK 776®, EUPERLAN PK 771®, GOMPERLAN KD®, COMPERLAN 100®, COMPERLAN LS®, DEHYTON K®, Kokosfettsäure diethanolamid, Fettalkoholethersulfat, Na-Laurylethersulfat, NUTRILAN I®, LAMERCIN 50-80®, Natriumchlorid, Konservierungsmittel, Parfümöl, Bierextrakt oder Farbkonzentraten besteht.
3. Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
insbesondere zur Behandlung von Haarausfall, Haarwuchsstörungen, Zytostatika
induzierte Alopezie, Haarbrüchigkeit, Kopfschuppen bei trockener und öliger
Seborrhoe, impetignisierter Ekzeme und Pyodermien der Kopfhaut, seborrhoisches
Ekzem des Haarbodens, seborrhoisches Begleitsymptome der androgenetischen
Alopezie und zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer der Haare verwendet wird.
4. Haarkur-Pflege-Shampoo nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die
Wirkstoffe in Tuben, Flaschen oder verschweißten Kunststoffbeuteln zur äußerlichen
Anwendung vorliegen.
