Description

Stove with four cooking zones and a baking and roasting oven . The invention relates to a stove.

Stoves with a hob with four gas-heated or electrically heated cooking zones (cooking points) are known, in which the operating states, in particular the cooking levels, of each cooking zone can be set using an associated control element. The control elements are arranged on a control panel of the stove and are usually equipped with rotary knobs with associated rotary potentiometers or with sensor elements with optical, capacitive or piezoelectric sensors for detecting contact.

In a stove known from DE 37 02 100 Al, a control panel is arranged below a worktop, in which a built-in hob with four cooking zones is installed, and above a baking and roasting oven. Four control knobs are arranged on the control panel for operating one cooking zone of the built-in hob. The control knobs are grouped in two rows arranged one above the other, each with two control knobs, whereby the two upper control knobs can be arranged directly above the two lower control knobs in the form of a square or rectangular matrix or can be arranged laterally offset to the lower control knobs in the form of a parallelogram (W-shape). Laterally offset to the group with the four control knobs for the cooking zones are control elements for operating the oven as well as a timer and switch. The timer and switch can be arranged between the control elements.

Another stove with a hob with four cooking zones and a baking and roasting oven is known from DE-PS 810 183 , in which a control panel is arranged next to the baking and roasting oven. The control panel comprises an upper area in which four control knobs for the four cooking zones of the hob, which are also arranged in a matrix, are provided in a rectangular matrix arrangement. The arrangement of the control knobs therefore replicates the arrangement of the cooking zones of the hob. A display unit with signal lamps is arranged between the two control knobs on the left and the two control knobs on the right. Below the control panel with the four control knobs there is a control panel with two rotary knobs for operating the baking and roasting oven.

From the Ariston brochure "Built-in appliances collection ^&Lgr; 97" a multi-function cooker HM 27 M with a hob with four cooking zones is known, in which six control knobs are arranged along a line on a control panel. The control knob on the far left is

The two inner control knobs are used to set the operating states of a baking and roasting oven located under the control panel and are separated from each other by a display device. The invention is based on the object of specifying a stove with a hob with four cooking zones and a control panel with four rotary knobs for operating the cooking zones, in which a clear, ergonomic assignment of the rotary knobs to the corresponding cooking zones is guaranteed.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the features of claim 1.

The matrix-shaped arrangement of the control knobs (on the control panel) recreates the position of the cooking zones of the hob in an ergonomically sensible way. The separation of the left two control knobs from the right two control knobs by the control device for the baking and roasting oven arranged between them increases the ergonomic sense and thus the user-friendliness of the control.

Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the stove according to the invention result from the claims dependent on claim 1.

In two advantageous embodiments of the stove, the control device for the baking and roasting oven includes control elements that have a different operating functionality than rotary knobs/preferably push buttons and/or touch sensors (touch operation). The functionality of the control elements thus ensures a clear ergonomic distinction between the operation of the baking and roasting oven and the hob. This can be further enhanced by giving the control elements for the baking and roasting oven a different shape than the rotary knobs, for example a rectangular shape. ■

The recognizability of the operating elements is further facilitated if the push buttons or touch sensors are arranged essentially along at least one line (row) that runs essentially perpendicular to the matrix column spanned by the first rotary knob and the second rotary knob and the matrix column spanned by the third rotary knob and the fourth rotary knob.

In an advantageous development of the stove, a ■ display device is provided for displaying the operating states of the baking and roasting oven, which is arranged on the control panel in the aforementioned interior area (preferably above the control device for the baking and roasting oven). . ' .

FIGS. 2 to 5 show various embodiments of such a control panel 3 for operating the hob 6 according to FIG. 1. In all embodiments according to FIGS. 2 to 5, a rotary knob 31 to 34 is provided for operating the cooking zones 61 to 64. The rotary knobs 31 to 34 are arranged in a matrix and are thus arranged at the corners of an imaginary rectangle. The upper right rotary knob 31 is assigned to the right rear cooking zone 61, the lower right rotary knob 32 to the right front cooking zone 62, the upper left rotary knob 33 to the left rear cooking zone 63 and the lower left rotary knob 34 to the left front cooking zone 64 when the hob 6 is installed. By turning the corresponding rotary knob 31 to 34, the heating power (the cooking level) of the corresponding cooking zone 61 to 64 can be set. In this inner area 10 of the control panel 3, an operating device 40 is now preferably arranged approximately centrally, i.e. approximately equally spaced from the two matrix columns of the rotary knob arrangement, for operating a baking and roasting oven, which can be installed in the fitted kitchen unit below the hob 6.

According to FIG 2, the operating device 40 for the baking and roasting oven comprises several push buttons 4 for setting various operating states of the baking and roasting oven, in particular the temperature or the type of heating. The push buttons are operated by exerting pressure directed essentially perpendicularly to the surface of the control panel 3, while the rotary levers 31 to 34 are operated by turning. This alone creates a clear, obvious difference in the handling of the operating elements for the hob 6 on the one hand and the operating device 40 for the baking and roasting oven on the other, which is ergonomically advantageous. In addition, a different geometric shape has been selected for the rotary knobs 31 to 34 or the push buttons of the operating device 40 in order to better recognize and differentiate between the operating elements intended for operating the hob 6 and the operating elements intended for the oven. While the rotary knobs 31 to 34 have a substantially round circumference, the push buttons 4 are substantially angular, in particular rectangular. This provides the user with a further possibility of distinguishing, purely visually, between the operating device (31 to 34) for the hob 6 and the operating device 40 for the baking and roasting oven.

for operating a baking and roasting oven, a display device 55 for displaying operating states and possibly other functions, for example the time, as well as four display elements 51 to 54 for displaying the operating states of the cooking zones 61 to 64 are arranged. The individual display elements 51 to 54 are assigned to the respective rotary knobs 31 to 34 and are preferably arranged directly next to these rotary knobs 31 to 34. Seven-segment LED displays are particularly suitable as display elements 51 to 54. The display device 55 for the baking and roasting oven is preferably arranged directly above the operating device 40 and can also be formed with LED displays or with an LCD display (liquid crystal display).

■·'.■' In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the operating device 40 for the baking and roasting oven comprises several touch sensors 4', which can be formed with infrared sensors, piezoelectric or capacitive sensors and respond to a touch with a finger. FIG-4 shows a stove front with a control panel 3 and a baking and roasting oven 7 arranged underneath. FIG 5 shows a further embodiment of a control panel 3 for operating a hob and a baking and roasting oven of a stove. Again, as in FIG 3, next to the rotary knobs 31 to 34 there is a display element 51 to 54 for displaying the operating status of the associated cooking zone 61 to 64. The display device 55 for displaying operating statuses of the stove comprises a linear cell-shaped display with several segments, which are identified by plain text and identify different operating modes of the baking and roasting oven. In a lower area, two further display devices 56 and 57 are arranged, whereby the display device 56 is intended for displaying the temperature in the baking and roasting oven and the display device 57 is intended for displaying a time or baking time.■Below the entire display device 55, 56 and 57 there is again a keypad with several push buttons 4, which are marked with plain text on the control panel 3.

In all embodiments, the rotary knobs 31 and 32 as well as 33 and 34 are preferably arranged in an outer quarter of the control panel 3, so that the inner area 10 between them takes up at least half of the total area of the control panel 3. In deviation from the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the display elements 51 to 54 can also be arranged outside the inner area 10.

The operating elements 4 to 4'' for operating the baking and roasting oven are preferably arranged in a lower area of the control panel 3 in order to clearly indicate their assignment to the baking and roasting oven arranged below in an ergonomic manner. Furthermore, in order to further distinguish the operating elements 4 to 4'' for operating the baking and roasting oven from the operating elements (knobs) 31 to 34 for operating the hob of the stove, it is advantageous if the operating elements 4 to 4'' run in a column direction of the knob matrix spanned by the knobs 31 and 32 or the knobs 33 and 34. The orthogonal arrangement of the operating elements for the baking and roasting oven relative to the operating elements for the hob thus provides the user with another clear way of distinguishing them.
