Die Neuerung betrifft einen Blechbelag für vorgefertigte Boden- und Wandbauelemente insbesondere zur Erstellung von Raumzellen, wobei der Kern solcher Elemente aus verschäumbaren Dämmmaterial gebildet ist.The innovation concerns a sheet metal covering for prefabricated floor and wall construction elements, in particular for the creation of room cells, whereby the core of such elements is made of foamable insulating material.
Derartige Boden- und Wandbauelemente zur Erstellung von Raumzellen, bspw. sogenannte Kühl- und Frischhaltezellen sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich an sich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Nur bspw. sei hierzu verwiesen auf DE G 92 10 323 was solche Raumzellen betrifft und auf G 94 09 026, bei dessen Gegenstand es sich um einen speziellen Bodenbelag aus Edelstahlblech handelt. Um eine sichere und dauerhafte Verklebung zu gewährleisten, müssen diese Druckverteilerplatten vor der Aufbringung des Klebers gereinigt und insbesondere entfettet werden, was, da dies mit Handarbeit verbunden ist, einen zusätzlichen Zeit- und Kostenaufwand darstellt. Abgesehen davon haben die Druckverteilerplatten aus Holz, die entsprechend dick bemessen sein müssen, mit Rücksicht auf ihre gängige Größenbemessung von in der Regel 1,5 &khgr; 2 m2 ein beträchtliches Gewicht.
Bei Wandbauelementen und zwar bei solchen, bei denen der Blechmantel aus Edelstahl mit Rücksicht auf in den daraus erstellten Zellen zu lagerndes aggresives Kühlgut gebildet ist bzw. sein muß, liegen zwar keine vergleichbaren Belastungsverhältnisse wie im Bodenbereich vor, diese Verkleidungsbleche aus Edelstahl müssen aber mit Rücksicht auf Stoßbelastungen entsprechend dick bemessen sein, um Verformungen und störende Einbeulungen der Wände zu vermeiden. In diesem Falle liegt also das Problem im vergleichsweise teuren und dick zu bemessenden Edelstahlblech.Thickness in the order of 5 to 10 cm.

Die Fig.l und 2 stehen auch sinngemäß für Wandbauelemente, wobei jedoch die für Bodenblechbeläge typische Noppenprägung, wie nur beispielsweise dargestellt, in Wegfall kommt. Für den neuartigen Blechbelag, und zwar für vorgefertigte Boden- und Wandbauelemente, wobei der Kern 1 solcher Elemente aus verschäumbaren Dämmaterial 2 (PU-Schaum) besteht, ist wesentlich, daß der die Begehseite oder der mindestens die Zelleninnenwandseite solcher Bauelemente bildende Blechbelag 3 auf seiner der Sicht abgewandten Fläche 4 mit einem in sich steifen Traggitter 5 belegt und dieses am Blechbelag 3 mit dem den Kern 1 bildenden Dämmaterial 2 zur fixen Verbindung mit dem Blechbelag 3 angeschäumt ist.Fig. 1 and 2 also represent wall construction elements, although the embossed dimples typical of sheet metal floor coverings, as shown only as an example, are omitted.
