Abstract

The compound plate comprises carrier plates (1, 2) and a core layer (3) of a hard foam material. The latter is produced between the carrier plates by a pressure-generating foaming process, is subsequently hardened, and joins the two carrier plates to one another without additional adhesives.

aus Naturstein, sind verschiedene Verbundplatten bekannt, bei denen die jeweils obere Schicht aus Stein besteht.made of natural stone, various composite panels are known in which the upper layer consists of stone.

In the prior art, various composite panels are known, in particular for the production of a panel which is provided with an upper stone plate.

10
The disadvantages of the known arrangements are the high manufacturing costs and the low dimensional stability of the composite panels.
10

The invention is based on the object of specifying a composite panel which has good mechanical strength properties with a relatively low weight and is also insensitive to localized heating, whereby it is possible to maintain an exact total thickness of the composite panel with little technological effort.

20
According to the invention, the object is achieved with a composite panel which contains the features specified in claims 1.
20

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an embodiment.

Figur 3 eine Anordnung mit Steinplatte.Figure 3 an arrangement with stone slab.

Figure 1 shows a section through a composite panel according to the invention, in which a lightweight material layer 3 made of rigid foam is arranged as an intermediate layer between the upper support panel 1 and the lower support panel 2. The support panels 1 and 2 are preferably made of hardboard, but can also be made of other materials, for example wood.

Figure 2 shows an embodiment in which hollow spaces 8 are provided in the lightweight material layer 3 to accommodate functional elements such as cable ducts, pipes and the like. Furthermore, there is a reinforcing profile 9 in the lightweight material layer 3, which serves to increase the load-bearing capacity of the composite panel. The lightweight material layer 3 was introduced by first introducing soft, consistent lightweight material under pressure between the upper support plate 1 and the lower support plate 2, where it foamed up independently and, when it hardened, bonded the two support plates 1 and 2 to one another.

Die Dicke der Steinplatte 4 beträgt 13 mm, die Figure 3 illustrates an application example in which the composite panel is provided with a glued-on stone panel 4 made of composite stone or natural stone. It is of course also possible to use a stone panel made of ashlar. The thickness of the stone panel 4 is 13 mm, the

Es ist auch möglich, als Frontplatte 7 KunststoffelementeThe thickness of the two supporting plates is 4 mm each and the thickness of the rigid foam intermediate layer 3 is 22 mm. The total thickness of the composite plate is exactly 40 mm. A front plate 7 is arranged on the front of the composite plate, which is made of the same material as the stone plate 4. It is also possible to use plastic elements as the front plate 7

10to be used. The lower support plate 2 is expediently provided with an aluminum layer 10. This is particularly appropriate if the composite plate is to be made vapor-tight, which is advantageous for kitchen worktops above dishwashers, for example. 10
