Die herkömmlichen Zuschneidetische, welche feststehen und auf die man die Stoffrollen
von Hand legt und nach Gebrauch wieder abhebt, sind bekannt. Die Neuerung besteht
darin, daß der anstrengende körperliche Transport der Stoffe zum und vom Zuschneidetisch
durch eine leichtere und schnellere Handhabung ersetzt wird. Die Handhabung ist
folgende : Man schiebt den Tisch vorwärts oder rückwärts, bis daß der gewünschte
Stoffballen einer der am Zuschneidetisch angebrachten Auffangmulden gegenüber liegt
und rutscht dann den Ballen in die betreffende Mulde. Über Rollen wird der Stoff
auf den Tisch gespannt und zugeschnitten, den Rest rollt man wieder auf und mit
einem kleinen Stoß gleitet der Ballen alsdann ins Regal zurück. An Stelle eines
Ballen in einer Mulde liegend, können auch mehrere Ballen unter Zuhilfenahme der
übrigen Mulden herangezogen und zugleich in mehreren Stofflagen zugeschnitten werden. Re: Today's design protection registration "cutting table"

Mit 1 ist der bewegliche Zuschneidetisch bezeichnet, mit 2 das Muldengestell,
mit 3 die Mulden, mit 4 das Stoffregal, mit a die Stoffballen im Regal, mit b ein
aus dem Regal herausgezogener Stoffballen, mit o ein auf dem Tisch teilweise abgerollter--Stuffballen.
Schutzanspruch
1) Zuschneidetisch dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass derselbe an der Stirnseite der in
den Regalen lagernden Stoffballen vorbeibewegt wird und mit Auffangmulden für Stoffballen
versehen ist, die in Bezug auf die Höhenlage der Fächer so angeordnet sind, dass
sie die Ballen aus den übereinander und je nach Wischbewegung auch nebeneinander
liegenden Regalfächern in waagerechtem Rutschverfahren in der gleichen Richtung
übernehmen, wie sie aus den Regalen herausgezogen werden, sodann ein Abrollen auf
den Zuschneidetisch sowie ein Wiederaufrollen des Restes nach dem Zuschnitt und
ein waagerechtes Zurückschieben der jeweiligen Stoffballen in das betreffende Regalfach
