Description
- Kalt gegossene Platten und Formen zum kalt ; ließen von Platten.
- Um Platten mit politurartig glatter Fläche aus steinähnlichen Stoffen auf kaltem Wege herzustellen, kann man sie aus einer Masse gießen, die hauptsächlich aus Sand und Tonerde-Schmelzzement mit Farbzusatz und sonstigen Zusatzmitteln besteht. Die politurartige Glätte der Platten wird dabei dadurch erreicht, daß man zum Gießen Formen mit sehr glatter Oberfläche benutzt.
- Auch die Platteiemdß der Neuerung sind auf diese Weise hergestellt, aber sie unterscheiden sich von den bekannten Platten dieser Art dadurch. daß sie einen Kern aus einer etwas kleineren Platte anderen Werkstoffes haben, der beim Gießen in die nur teilweise mit Gießmasse gefüllt Form gedrückt wurde. Ein solcher Kern kann zum Beispiel aus Bimsdiele bestehen, so daß die fertige Platte leichter ist als die bekannten Platten und zugleich bessere Eigenschaften der Schall-und Wärmedämmung hat.
- Gemäß der Neuerung können die zum Herstellen von Platten benutzten Formen durch Schrauben, Klammern oder andere bekannte Einrichtungen zerlegbar zusammengehalten sein. Damit das in der Form zu gießende Stück eine glatte Fläche bekommt, kann gemäß der Neuerung die Form innen mit Kunststoff-Folie beklebt oder mit flüssig aufgebrachtem Kunststoff-lack überzogen sein.
- Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Form gemäß der Neuerung. Figur 1 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht einer solchen Form. Figur 2 ist ein Schnitt längs der Linie A-A der Figur 1.
- Der Kastenboden ist von den Seitenwänden 2 und 3 umgeben. Er ist mit einem Belag 4 versehen. Die Wände 2 der Schmalseiten haben Beläge 5 und die Wände 3 der Längsseiten haben Beläge 6.
- Diese einfache Kastenform kann wegen ihrer einfachen Herstellbarkeit gemäß der Neuerung beliebig abgewandelt sein, so daß sie sich zum Beispiel auch zum Herstellen sternförmiger oder ovaler Platten eignet. Die Form kann, wie oben erklärt, zerlegbar sein. Einrichtungen zum Zusammenhalten solcher zerlegbaren Formen sind nicht gezeichnet, da sie allgemein bekannt sind.
Claims (3)
- Schutzansprüohe 1) Kalt gegossene Platte, z.B. aus Sand und Tonerde-Schmelzzement mit Parbzusatz und sonstigen Zusatzmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Kern aus einer etwas kleineren Platte anderen Werkstoffes hat.
- 2) Form zum Herstellen kalt gegossener Platten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch Schrauben, Klammern oder andere zu solchen Zwecken bekannte Einrichtungen zusammengehalten ist.
- 3) Form zum Herstellen kalt gegossener Platten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie innen mit Kunststoff-Folie beklebt ist.) Form zum Herstellen kalt gegossener Platten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie innen mit flüssig aufgebrachtem Kunststoff-Lack überzogen ist.
