Description

  • Scheibenbremse Zusatz zu Patent .......Anmeldung........ P 3258) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine,druckmittelbetätigte Teibelagscheibenbremse, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zwei voneinander unabhängigen Druckmittelkreisen und einem beweglich am Fahrzeugrahmen angeordneten Zuspannelement, das die Bremsscheibe umgreift und nur auf einer Seite der Bremsscheibe Betätigungsorgane aufweist, wobei die beiden Betätigungskolben koaxial hintereinander im Bremszylindergehäuse geführt sind, derart, daß der eine . Betätigungskolben in entgegengesetzter Richtung auf das die Bremsscheibe umgreifende Zuspannelement wirken, nach Patent ....... (Anmeldung ...... P 3258).
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, den Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes weiter zu verbessern, vor allem in der Hinsicht, daß das verdrängte Volumen auf beide Bremskreise gleichmäßig verteilt ist.
  • Nach der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst,' daß zwischen den beiden Betätigungskolben ein im Bremszylindergehäuse gleitbarer Trennkolben angeordnet ist.
  • Das Bremszylindergehäuse ist hierbei relativ zur- Bremsscheibe feststehend angeordnet. Der zwischen den Betätigungskolben sich befindliche Trennkolben ist mit den Betätigungskolben über je eine Nachstellvorrichtung verbunden, die den Trennkolben gegen die Betätigungskolben spreizt.
    Stufenabsatz über das Wälzlager 19 gegen einen Absatz im Betätigungskolben 7 abstützt. In gleicher Weise ist auf der Gewindespindel 16 die Gewindehülse 18 mit dem Wälzlager 20 angeordnet.
  • Fällt ein Bremskreis aus, so wird unter dem Einfluß der Verdrehung der jeweilige Kolben blockiert und es tritt nur der intakte Bremskreis in Aktion, wobei durch gleichen Druck das gleiche Bremsmoment erzielt wird. Der Hubweg des Trennkolbens 12 ist sehr gering und dient nur zum Ausgleich gewisser unterschiedlicher Füllungen in den einzelnen Bremskreisen.
  • Die vorstehend beschriebenen, auf eine Scheibenbremse mit einem beweglich am Fahrzeugrahmen angeordneten Zuspannelement gerichteten Merkmale sind sinngemäß in gleich vorteilhafter Weise auch auf fest am Fahrzeugrahmen angeordnete Zuspannelemente - wie Festsättel bzw. Festrahmen - anwendbar.

Claims (3)

  1. Patentansprüche 1) Druckmittelbetätigte Teilbelagscheibenbremse, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zwei voneinander unabhängigen Druckmittelkreisen und einem beweglich am Fahrzeugrahmen angeordneten Zuspannelement, das die Bremsscheibe umgreift und nur auf einer Seite der ' Bremsscheibe Betätigungsorgane aufweist, wobei die beiden Betätigungskolben koaxial hirfereinander im Bremszylindergehäuse geführt sind, derart, daß der eine Betätigungskolben direkt auf einen-Reibbelag und der andere Betätigungskolben in entgegengesetzter Richtung auf das die Bremsscheibe umgreifende Zuspannelement wirken, nach Patent ..... (Anmeldung ....... 23258), dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß zwischen den beiden Betätigungskolben (7,8) ein im Bremszylindergehäuse (11) gleitbarer Trennkolben (12) angeordnet ist.
  2. 2) Druckmittelbetätigte Teilbelagscheibenbremse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß das Bremszylindergehäuse (11) relativ zur Bremsscheibe (1) feststehend angeordnet ist.
  3. 3) Druckmittelbetätigte Teilbelagscheibenbremse nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch g e -k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß der zwischen dem Betätigungskolben (7,8) sich befindliche Trennkolben (12) mit den Betätigungskolben (7,8) über je eine Nachstellvorrichtung verbunden ist t die den Trennkolben (12) gegen die Betätigungskolben (7,8) Spreizt. ¢) Drucknittelbetä.tigte Teilbelagscheibenbremse nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch g e -k e n n z ei c h n e t, daß das die Bremsscheibe (1) umgreifende Zuspannalement ein Rahmen (10) ist, der die Bremsscheibe (1) längs einer Sekante umgreift. 5) Druckmittelbetätigte Teilbelagscheibenbremee nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch g e -k e n n. z e i c h n e t, daß die Bremsscheibe (1) von einer Abstützung (6) U-förmig umgriffen ist, an die sich die Reibglieder in Umfangsrichtung abstützen und die mit dem Bremszylindergehäuse (11) eine bauliche Einheit bildet. 6) Druckmittelbetätigte Teilbelagscheibenbremse nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch g e -k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß der Rahmen (10) als Schwimm.-rahmen ausgebildet ist.
