Description
Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Aufdampfen von Schichten aus flüssigen oder fettartigen Substanzen auf Bänder im Anschluß an eine Vakuumbedampfung mit Metallschichten Zusatz zur Anmeldung: S 68597 VI b/48 b -Auslegeschrift 1251618 Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden gleichmäßigen Aufdampfen von Schichten aus flüssigen oder fettartigen Substanzen mit niedrigem Dampfdruck auf Bänder, insbesondere zum Vakuumaufdampfen einer Trennschicht aus Öl oder Fett auf Kunststoffbänder im Anschluß an eine Vakuumbedampfung mit Metallschichten nach Patentanmeldung S 68597 V1 b/48 b. In der Hauptpatentanmeldung wird vorgeschlagen, daß zur Verhinderung einer zu starken Haftung der beim fortlaufenden Bedampfen von Kunststoffbändern mit Metall im Vakuum zu einer Rolle aufgespulten Lagen des Kunststoffbandes auf eine oder beide Seiten der Bänder eine Trennschicht aus Öl oder Fett mit einem niedrigen Dampfdruck aufgedampft, aufgedruckt oder aufgestrichen wird. Die Stärke dieser Trennschicht muß außerordentlich gering sein, vorzugsweise G 50 A betragen, um nicht die Eigenschaften des aus den Kunststoffbändern hergestellten Kondensators zu verschlechtern. Andererseits muß die Trennschicht sehr gleichmäßig über die ganze Fläche aufgebracht werden.
