Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la introducción dirigida de aire de combustión primaria en el espacio de calentamiento primario de una cámara de horno de coque, dicho aire primario es admitido a través de puertos de entrada hacia la parte superior de una cámara de horno de coque o en las paredes frontales de la cámara de horno de coque por encima de la puerta de la cámara de horno de coque o en la puerta de la cámara de horno de coque o en varias o en todas las posiciones mencionadas; en donde estos puertos de entrada se componen de insertos que están equipados con canalones dirigidos al interior del horno; estos canalones tienen un ángulo de apertura dirigido al exterior a través del cual se conduce aire primario en un ángulo biselado sobre la torta de coque, para que dicho aire primario proveniente de los puertos de apertura en la parte superior de la cámara del horno de coque fluya al horno de coque en un ángulo de menos de 90 grados, y el aire primario proveniente de los puertos de apertura en la pared de la cámara del horno de coque por encima de la puerta de la cámara del horno de coque o en la puerta de la cámara del horno de coque fluya hacia el horno de coque en un ángulo de más de 0 grado. La presente invención se refiere también a un método para una introducción dirigida de aire primario con el dispositivo de la invención. Mediante la implementación de este método, puede mejorarse sustancialmente la mezcla íntima de gas de coquificación y aire primario en el espacio de calentamiento primario.
