Abstract
Horno de coque y procedimiento para la recirculación del gas de escape con una reducción de las emisiones térmicas de NOx para la homogeneización de la característica de combustión total y la reducción de las emisiones térmicas de NOx de una planta de coquización de acuerdo con el procedimiento sin recuperación o con el procedimiento con recuperación de calor, con múltiples hornos que presentan en cada caso una cámara de horno delimitada por puertas y paredes laterales, para verter el carbón o una torta de carbón compactada, y una cámara vacía que se encuentra por encima de ella, dispositivos de evacuación para el gas de escape de la cámara vacía, dispositivos de alimentación de aire fresco a la cámara vacía así como un sistema de canales de solera para la conducción de gas de escape o aire de alimentación secundario, el cual está integrado cuando menos parcialmente en el fondo, debajo de la cámara del horno, siendo que el gas de escape que se genera en el proceso de combustión del horno, se recircula parcialmente a la cámara del horno a través de aberturas o canales.
