本实用新型涉及超级铅酸电池,具体涉及提高电池大电流放电及循环寿命的电池端子。
背景技术
随着科技进步和技术革新,催生了新种类和新结构的铅酸电池,所述的超级电池兼具有超级电容器的大功率特性和蓄电池高能量密度特性,其循环寿命长(与常规相比比容量可提高20~200倍,比功率大于1 000 W·g-1,循环寿命可达十万次)。铅酸超级电池在新能源汽车电池应用中具有广泛的市场前景,现有的生产工艺、生产线几乎不用改动就可用于生产。由于目前常规12V蓄电池端子承受不了如此大的倍率进行充放电,导致电池循环寿命降低,实现不了以上的优点,甚至损坏端子造成短路。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种超级铅酸电池的端子,能承受大倍率充放电,使超级电池的优良性能得以发挥。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种超级铅酸电池的端子,包括极柱和铜芯,所述极柱和铜芯为整体浇注而成,铜芯中心位置设有螺孔,螺柱活动连接于螺孔。

本实用新型改善了以往生产过程中的极柱腐蚀打火等现象,同时解决了当大电流放电时,易造成极柱发热熔化现象。实现了大电流充放电,发挥了超级电池的优势。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种超级铅酸电池的端子,包括极柱1、铜芯2,所述极柱1和铜芯2为整体浇注而成,铜芯2中心位置设有螺孔,螺柱3活动连接于螺孔。
组装时将极柱铅基与极群组汇流排直接焊接,盖上中盖后,使极柱螺柱3高出中盖正负极孔5~8mm,并预留彩胶及放置结线螺帽高度(可调节)。通过试验证明,此端子可以接受大电流充放电,及多次循环试验。
