本实用新型涉及沼气设备领域,具体的讲,是涉及一种沼气收集器。本实用新型是由沼气罐、预热管、加热气囊、温度传感器、温度控制器、保温层、液位计、储气气囊、出口阀构成的;沼气罐的内壁是保温层,沼气罐的底部有加热气囊和液位计,加热气囊内有温度传感器和预热管,温度传感器和外界的温度控制器相连,储气气囊通过法兰和沼气罐的顶部连接,储气气囊上有一出口阀和外部的出口管连接。本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单,体积小、设计合理、安全可靠、对环境无污染,实现了家用做饭、烧水、照明等用气自产技术目标,解决了人们过于依赖石油、煤炭、柴草等资源的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气设备领域,具体的讲,是涉及一种沼气收集器。
背景技术
沼气能源是利用农作物的废弃秸秆经发酵产生的沼气作为新型清洁能源,用于做饭、烧水、照明等等,可以节约燃煤、燃油和柴草等,而且热效率很高。随着世界能源的短缺,沼气技术作为一种新型能源技术来代替人们过于依赖石油、煤炭、柴草等资源的推广和利用是十分可行的。但是现有的技术所产生的沼气都是随季节的变化而变化的,只有在气温较高时沼气池内的料液才能正常产生出沼气,而当气温过低时,沼气池内的料液不能正常产生出沼气,也就不能正常使用,从而限制了沼气的推广。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、实用性强、应用范围广、不受外界温度影响的沼气收集器。
本实用新型是由沼气罐、预热管、加热气囊、温度传感器、温度控制器、保温层、液位计、储气气囊、出口阀构成的;沼气罐的内壁是保温层,沼气罐的底部有加热气囊和液位计,加热气囊内有温度传感器和预热管,温度传感器和外界的温度控制器相连,储气气囊通过法兰和沼气罐的顶部连接,储气气囊上有一出口阀和外部的出口管连接。
