本实用新型提供了一种湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置。其上池体与下池体连接组合成圆柱橄榄球形。喂料池与喂料管连接并置于上池体的一端,导气管设置于上池体上。上池体的另一端依次设置有水压间、废渣池,水压间与出料筒的一端连接,出料筒的另一端置于下池体内。排渣管的一端与废渣池连接、另一端置于下池体的底端。该装置成本低,强度高,密封、保温性好,产气高,安全、可靠,维修方便、体轻方便运输。

通常采用有机、无机玻璃钢和复合、塑料分别制成的湿式沼气发酵装置,它们均为球形体。球形体的沼气发酵装置普遍存在着保温性差,产气量低,使用不安全,维修不便等问题和弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于针对以上所述的各类球形体的沼气发酵装置普遍存在着的问题和弊端,提供一种呈圆柱橄榄球形、且密封、保温性好,产气高,安全、可靠,维修方便的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置。
本实用新型的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,包括有喂料池、导气管、上池体、水压间、废渣池、排渣管、出料筒、下池体、喂料管部件构成。
本实用新型的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置的上池体与下池体经连接组合成圆柱橄榄球形。喂料池与喂料管连接并置于上池体的一端,导气管设置于上池体上。上池体的另一端依次设置有水压间、废渣池。水压间与出料筒的一端连接,出料筒的另一端置于下池体内。排渣管的一端与废渣池连接、另一端置于下池体底端。上池体、下池体、水压间、出料筒由无机玻璃钢材料制成。
本实用新型的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置成本低,强度高,密封、保温性好,产气高,安全、可靠,维修方便、体轻方便运输。

本实用新型的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置的实例,包括有喂料池1、导气管2、上池体3、水压间4、废渣池5、排渣管6、出料筒7、下池体8、喂料管9部件构成。分别采用无机玻璃钢材料制成的上池体1与下池体8经连接组合成圆柱橄榄球形。喂料池1与喂料管9连接并置于上池体3的一端,导气管2设置于上池体3上。上池体3的另一端依次设置有水压间4、废渣池5。分别采用无机玻璃钢材料制成的水压间4与出料筒7的一端连接,出料筒7的另一端置于下池体8内。排渣管6的一端与废渣池5连接、另一端置于下池体8的底端。
本实用新型的湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置使用时,将糟液、秸杆等废弃物经喂料池1、喂料管9送入下池体9内,并经发酵后即产生甲烷气体。发酵过程中产出废液、渣不断地经较大口径的出料筒7进入水压间4,再经水压间4不断地调节至稳定后又经出料筒7返回下池体8内继续发酵。由于密封式的圆柱橄榄球形的沼气池内所产生的强大压力致使池底废渣经排渣管6自动排入废渣池5内。沼气池内发酵所产生的甲烷气经导气管2输送至气水分离器及脱硫装置后再输送至沼气炉及沼气灯具使用。

1.一种湿式高效无机玻璃钢沼气发酵装置,包括有喂料池(1)、导气管(2)、上池体(3)、水压间(4)、废渣池(5)、排渣管(6)、出料筒(7)、下池体(8)、喂料管(9)部件构成,其特征在于上池体(1)与下池体(8)连接组合成圆柱橄榄球形,喂料池(1)与喂料管(9)连接并置于上池体(3)的一端,导气管(2)设置于上池体(3)上,上池体(3)的另一端依次设置有水压间(4)、废渣池(5),水压间(4)与出料筒(7)的一端连接,出料筒(7)的另一端置于下池体(8)内,排渣管(6)的一端与废渣池(5)连接、另一端置于下池体(8)的底端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发酵装置,其特征在于上池体(3)、下池体(8)、水压间(4)、出料筒(7)由无机玻璃钢材料制成。
