一种球形沼气罐装置,其特征是:其上、下罐体(1、2)外侧分别复合有保温层(6),在保温层(6)外侧涂有吸热层(7);上罐体(1)和下罐体(2)分别设置有连接法兰盘(8);下罐体(2)下部制成一圆截面平面(9)。本实用新型的有益效果是:1.上下罐体外侧不仅复合有保温层,而且在保温层外侧还涂有吸热层,具有较好的保温效果,罐体可直接放置于地面上使用,罐内适用于湿法或干法发酵技术,罐内发酵温度有明显提高,产气量大,干法发酵每次投单一草料可产气持续6个月左右;2.上、下罐体密封后,还采用法兰盘固定连接,机械强度大大提高;3.结构简单、制作成本低,安装运输方便,适用于中小城镇,广大农村家庭使用。

本实用新型涉及可燃气体发生装置,尤其是一种球形沼气罐装置。
背景技术
目前我国农村所用的沼气池一般埋在地下,砖混结构,容积大,采用水料混合的湿法发酵,产气慢,气压不稳定,混凝土结构易造成漏气漏水,冬天气温低时难以正常产气,建沼气池及维修费用成本高,安装使用麻烦,出渣困难,需经常加料,不定时地对池内的原料进行搅拌才能正常产气,由于是固定建于地下,费工费力,不易普及推广;另一种类型是球形沼气罐,它由上罐体、下罐体、密封组合安装,外接储气罐和太阳能集热装置,罐体采用玻璃钢材料制作。上罐体设有进料口、出气管,该罐强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀、不易漏气、使用方便,但其总体造价较高,上、下罐体密封后连接不牢固,下罐体底部为球形,稳定性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温效果好、产气量大,连接牢固,造价低的球形沼气罐装置。
所述球形沼气罐装置包括上罐体1、下罐体2、出气管道3与上罐体1密封连接的出气管道3上串联设置有安全阀4、控制阀5,其特征是:上、下罐体1、2外侧分别复合有保温层6,在保温层6外侧涂有吸热层7。上罐体1和下罐体2分别设置有连接法兰盘8,法兰盘通过螺栓固定连接。下罐体2下部制成一圆截面平面9。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明:如图1中,所述球形沼气罐装置,包括上罐体1、下罐体2、出气管道3与上罐体1密封连接的出气管道3上串联设置有安全阀4、控制阀5,其特征是:上、下罐体1、2外侧分别复合有保温层6,在保温层6外侧涂有吸热层7。上罐体1和下罐体2分别设置有连接法兰盘8,法兰盘通过螺栓固定连接。下罐体2下部制成一圆截面平面9。
罐体可用玻璃钢或其它材料制成,罐体外侧复合的保温层的厚度可根据南北地区不同选择,安装时,上下罐体密封后,用螺栓连接法兰盘。本实用新型球形沼气罐装置的使用方法与普通球形罐基本相同。

1.一种球形沼气罐装置,包括上罐体(1)、下罐体(2)、出气管道(3),与上罐体(1)密封连接的出气管道(3)上串联设置有安全阀(4)、控制阀(5),其特征是:上、下罐体(1、2)外侧分别复合有保温层(6),在保温层(6)外侧涂有吸热层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球形沼气罐装置,其特征是:上罐体(1)和下罐体(2)分别设置有连接法兰盘(8),法兰盘通过螺栓固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的球形沼气罐装置,其特征是:下罐体(2)下部制成一圆截面平面(9)。
